CAPISCE, GET IT, SEE, and UNDERSTAND can each ask or confirm whether someone has understood.
WORDS AFTER “EYE”
Put “eye” in front of each word to form eye candy, eye contact, eye shadow, and eyewitness. The category is based on the resulting phrases, not on the four standalone words meaning the same thing.

How Connections works
Connections presents 16 words and asks players to sort them into four groups of four. As Forbes’ Kris Holt notes, “There’s only one solution for each puzzle, and you’ll need to be careful when it comes to words that might fit into more than one category.” An apparent link is not enough on its own: check whether all four words support the same intended theme before submitting a set.
