Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallYes—you can broadcast recorded NEET biology classes as a YouTube livestream. First confirm you have permission to make the recordings and everything embedded in them publicly available. Then enable YouTube livestreaming, create a stream in YouTube Studio, and send the playlist or playback output through an encoder. You can run that encoder on a computer that stays powered and connected, or use a cloud service. YouTube’s help guidance says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived; do not assume a single 24-hour broadcast will become one complete archived video.
Before you stream: confirm rights and channel eligibility
Check permission for the recordings and everything inside them
Before broadcasting a class publicly, confirm that you or the channel operator has the necessary rights to stream the recording in India. Check the lecture itself and any embedded slides, textbook images, diagrams, music, or other third-party material. Owning a recording does not necessarily establish permission to retransmit every asset it contains.
India’s Copyright Act defines “communication to the public” broadly to include making a work available for public enjoyment through diffusion. Whether a particular recording or asset may be streamed depends on its rights, contracts, and licenses; the general rule cannot determine the position for your class. YouTube also requires livestreams to follow its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Meet YouTube’s livestream requirements
- The channel must be verified.
- The channel must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days.
- The person operating the livestream must be at least 16 years old.
- First-time livestream activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable it ahead of your planned launch.
Choose how to keep the recorded classes on air
For this use case, StreamNeo is the first cloud option to consider: it loops uploaded videos to YouTube from the cloud, with any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and the first day is free. YouTube’s encoder directory also lists Gyre as a third-party cloud service for continuous prerecorded streams. Its listing confirms that YouTube recognizes the service in this category; it does not establish current pricing, terms, or uninterrupted service.

| Approach | What stays running | Main trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo cloud | The cloud service handles the uploaded-video stream; your home computer need not remain on. | Check the service’s current terms and choose a billing period that suits your schedule. |
| Gyre cloud service | A third-party cloud service handles continuous prerecorded streaming. | YouTube’s directory listing does not establish its current price, terms, or service continuity. |
| Local encoder software or dedicated hardware | Your computer or encoder, power supply, network connection, and playback source must remain available. | You have direct local control, but interruptions to the equipment, power, or internet can affect the broadcast. |
A UPS can help a local computer ride through brief power interruptions, but it does not fix an internet outage. It is not a YouTube requirement and is unnecessary for a cloud-hosted stream.
Set up a local encoder for a continuous class playlist
This route uses YouTube’s standard encoder workflow. Use encoder software on a computer or dedicated encoding hardware, and arrange for it to play the recorded class or playlist continuously. The computer and connection have to stay available for the entire time the encoder is sending video.

- Prepare the playlist. Put only recordings you are authorized to stream into the playback sequence. Test the files and transitions so you know what viewers will see when one class ends and the next begins.
- Enable live streaming in advance. Verify the channel and enable livestreaming. Allow for the possible first-time activation delay of up to 24 hours; do not wait until the scheduled launch to discover activation is pending.
- Create or schedule the event in YouTube Studio. Open the Live Control Room and create a stream or schedule one. Choose the event’s visibility and timing deliberately; a public event is viewable by the public.
- Copy the encoder connection details. In the stream’s settings, copy the server or stream URL and the stream key into the corresponding fields in your encoder. Treat the key like a password: anyone who obtains it may be able to send video to your stream.
- Configure the encoder and playback. Select the prepared recording or playlist as the encoder’s video source, then use the encoder’s supported YouTube streaming configuration. The available guidance here does not specify a bitrate, resolution, frame rate, or keyframe interval for your particular files and connection, so do not guess a universal preset. Use the encoder’s YouTube-compatible settings and verify that the preview is stable before going public.
- Start the encoder and check the preview. Confirm that the expected class is visible in the Live Control Room and that audio and video are present. Start or make the scheduled event public only when the preview is correct.
- Keep the local setup available. Leave the computer or encoding hardware powered, the encoder running, the playback source available, and the network connected. Monitor the broadcast and be ready to restart the encoder if the local system or connection stops sending.
Plan for a 24-hour broadcast, archive, and watch hours
Do not rely on one 24-hour stream becoming a complete VOD
YouTube’s encoder guidance says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. A continuous 24-hour stream is longer than that documented condition, so do not promise viewers—or plan your workflow on the assumption—that the whole day will appear as one archived video. If an archive matters, plan a duration and recording workflow that produces an archive, then check the resulting item in YouTube Studio.
Livestream duration does not guarantee monetization credit
YouTube’s official YPP explanation dated August 12, 2026 says qualified watch hours can come from public long-form videos and archived livestreams; unarchived livestreams do not count. That does not guarantee that a particular channel or class recording qualifies. Channel eligibility and other monetization policies still apply, and a 24/7 broadcast by itself does not ensure watch-hour credit or income.

Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload your recorded classes or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo loops the uploaded videos from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. Your videos stream as uploaded, at any quality up to 4K 60fps, for one price per slot; if YouTube drops the stream, StreamNeo automatically recovers. The first day is free with no card. Monthly service is $9.99 per month. It streams to YouTube only and plays uploaded video rather than broadcasting a camera. See StreamNeo plans, then start your free day.
Common problems and what to check
- Livestreaming is not available yet: verify the channel and check for a restriction in the previous 90 days. If this is the first activation, allow up to 24 hours.
- YouTube does not receive the encoder feed: check that the stream URL and key were copied into the matching encoder fields, that the key is current, and that the encoder is running.
- The preview is missing video or audio: confirm the intended playlist is selected as the source, the media plays locally, and the encoder preview shows both picture and sound before making the event public.
- The broadcast stops during a local stream: check whether the computer slept, the encoder or playback stopped, power was interrupted, or the internet connection dropped. Restore the local source and encoder, then confirm the Live Control Room receives the feed again.
- The full day is not available as an archive: a 24-hour stream exceeds YouTube’s documented automatic-archive condition for streams under 12 hours. Use a planned archive workflow and verify the result in YouTube Studio.
- Expected watch hours are missing: check whether the livestream was archived and public. YouTube’s August 12, 2026 explanation excludes unarchived livestreams from qualified YPP watch hours; other eligibility rules also apply.
