Hellraiser: Revival has 27 collectibles tied to collectible trophies and achievements: five firearms, 12 crafting recipes, five Pain Pillars, and five Suffering Pillars. Items and non-story objectives can be missed, there is no Chapter Select or post-story free roam, and the game does not record which recipes you have crafted. Keep an external checklist, make manual saves at major transitions, and collect each item before leaving its area.
This route applies to the October 8, 2026 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam. The official Saber Interactive estimate is about 8–12 hours for a playthrough, depending on playstyle; a completion run can take longer when you stop to search, craft, and preserve recovery saves.

The completion targets at a glance
PowerPyx’s collectible guide counts 27 items that matter to collectible-linked trophies and achievements. They are divided into four trackable groups:

Why your route is missable
Hellraiser: Revival does not use a traditional chapter menu, and the guides report no Chapter Select. PowerPyx also reports that the game does not open a post-story free-roam state. Once you move on from an area or finish the story, the practical way back is to reload a manual save made before that point.
That makes every area a one-time sweep. Search side rooms, interact with pillars, collect weapons, and inspect crafting opportunities before crossing the exit or triggering the next major objective. Do not assume a later story visit will restore access.
What the save system can and cannot rescue
Each playthrough provides two rotating autosave slots and eight manual save slots, according to the trophy roadmap. Autosaves are useful for recovering from a recent mistake, but rotation means they are not a dependable archive of every area. Manual slots are your insurance against a missed collectible, a failed side requirement, or an ending choice.

- Keep another immediately after finishing that area’s sweep.
- Before a one-way transition, preserve a separate save rather than overwriting your latest checkpoint.
- Reserve a slot before the final ending decision so you can reload and see the other ending without replaying the entire game.
A practical external checklist
The game does not show a reliable collection ledger for recipes, and PowerPyx says crafting materials are random and limited. A notebook, spreadsheet, phone note, or printed list is therefore part of the completion setup, not an optional convenience.
Set up four item columns
- Create sections named Firearms (0/5), Recipes (0/12), Pain Pillars (0/5), and Suffering Pillars (0/5).
- For every entry, add the area where you found it, the save slot that protects it, and whether you have personally confirmed the pickup or interaction.
- For each recipe, add a second box for “crafted.” Finding a recipe and crafting its item are separate checks for Artificer.
- After leaving an area, compare your running totals with the expected count in your route notes. If a total is short, reload before advancing.
Do not mark an item merely because you saw its icon, read about it, or believe an autosave captured it. Mark it after the inventory update, interaction prompt, or achievement progress confirms the action.

Use totals as error checks
Your final collectible ledger should read 5/5 firearms, 12/12 recipes, 5/5 Pain Pillars, and 5/5 Suffering Pillars. A complete total does not by itself prove Artificer: that achievement requires crafting every craftable item, so keep a separate crafted-item column and avoid spending scarce materials on untracked duplicates.
How to sweep each area without losing progress
Because there are no chapter-select checkpoints, use the same order in every new area. This reduces backtracking and gives your saves a clear recovery point.

- Read the immediate objective, then pause the story. Before following the marker, open nearby rooms, side passages, locked-room approaches, and dead ends that are currently accessible.
- Search for the four collectible categories. Check weapon pickups, recipe interactions, Pain Pillars, and Suffering Pillars against your external list.
- Gather materials without crafting blindly. Record what you have, then craft only items whose recipe and completion status are clear.
- Complete local combat or stealth requirements. The console achievement list includes non-collectible feats, so do not rush past optional encounters that satisfy a known requirement.
- Save after the sweep. This second manual save is the point to reload if a later transition reveals that something was missed.
- Cross the transition only after reconciling your checklist. Treat doors, elevators, scripted departures, and major objective completions as potentially one-way.
Tracking the 27 collectibles
Firearms: five for Guns, Lots of Guns
There are five trophy-relevant firearms. Record each weapon when it is acquired, not when you first see it in the environment. If a weapon can be picked up, equipped, or added to the inventory, verify that the action completed before moving on. The achievement is tied to collecting the set, so a weapon left on the ground is an unresolved checklist entry even if you remember its room.
Keep your firearm count separate from combat achievements. A gun used for a kill-related objective may not be one of the five collectible weapons, and a collected weapon may not be required for a particular combat feat.
Crafting recipes: 12 for Librarian and Artificer progress
The 12 recipes are the most error-prone category. PowerPyx reports that materials appear randomly and that the game does not track which recipes you have crafted. Limited materials make repeated trial crafting a poor recovery strategy.

When you obtain a recipe, write down its name and mark “found.” When its item is successfully made, mark “crafted” and note the material cost. If you cannot yet afford it, preserve the recipe entry and prioritize the required components as they appear. Do not assume that opening the crafting menu or collecting a recipe automatically satisfies the crafting requirement.

Librarian is associated with the recipe collection, while Artificer requires crafting every craftable item. Treat the two as separate goals in your notes even when they appear to advance together.
Pain Pillars: five for There Are No Limits
Interact with all five Pain Pillars during your area sweeps. A pillar should receive its own checklist line, because an environmental interaction can be easy to confuse with a nearby lore object. Confirm the interaction before leaving and record the save slot that contains it.
Suffering Pillars: five for Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible
Suffering Pillars use the same procedure: locate, interact, verify, and save. Keep the Pain and Suffering totals separate; reaching ten pillars combined is not enough if one category is short.
Unlocking every achievement by platform
Do not publish or follow a single platform-neutral achievement total. Destructoid lists 44 console trophies/achievements, excluding the PlayStation 5 Platinum, and reports 25 additional Steam achievements. The lists differ, so a Steam completion target is not simply the console list plus a Platinum.

Story and ending achievements
Story progression supplies part of the console list, while two ending choices require attention at the conclusion. Keep a manual save before the final decision. Complete one ending, confirm its achievement, reload the pre-choice save, and select the other option. This is safer than assuming the game will let you revisit the choice after the credits.
Combat and stealth achievements
The console list also contains combat and stealth feats. Add these to your checklist before starting a section that offers the relevant encounter. The safest approach is to perform a requirement during the first suitable encounter, then reload if the condition fails, rather than expecting a later free-roam cleanup opportunity.
Collectible achievements
The five collectible-linked unlocks are Guns, Lots of Guns, Librarian, Artificer, There Are No Limits, and Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible. Their underlying tasks are the four categories and the complete crafting requirement described above. Notes and documents are not substitutes for any of these categories.

PowerPyx’s 2026 roadmap reported a PS5 tracking problem affecting What’re Ya Buyin? (spend at least 666 coins) and What’re Ya Sellin? (earn 999 coins from selling). In that report, the counter stopped increasing after the first shop, so the guide advised completing both thresholds at the first shop.
This is a dated third-party observation, not an official bug notice. A later patch may have changed the behavior. Before committing to a shop strategy, check the game’s current version and recent platform-specific reports. If the tracker still appears stuck, reload the manual save before the first shop and complete the spending and selling thresholds there rather than dispersing transactions across later vendors.

One-playthrough route versus replaying
PowerPyx says a single playthrough is sufficient when collectibles, crafting, side requirements, and ending saves are planned together. That does not mean a blind first run will unlock everything. Non-story objectives can be missed, and the absence of free roam turns a late discovery into a replay from an earlier manual save.

Recovery when a collectible is missing
You notice before leaving the area
Stop advancing, compare each category total with your checklist, and search the area again using the entry save as a fallback. Recheck side rooms and interactions rather than only following the objective marker.
You notice after a transition
Reload the manual save made before the transition. If the item is absent from that save, use the previous area-entry save. Do not rely on the two rotating autosaves to preserve a specific room.

There is no reported post-story free roam. Your options are a surviving manual save from before the area or another playthrough. This is why keeping eight manual slots and rotating them deliberately matters more than allowing the game to overwrite every checkpoint.
Your crafting total is uncertain
Reconstruct the recipe and crafted-item ledger from your notes and inventory. Because the game does not expose a dependable crafted-recipe history, do not spend remaining materials on guesses. Identify the uncrafted recipe first, then make the required item once you have enough components.
Release platforms, formats, and playtime expectations
Hellraiser: Revival released on October 8, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam. Saber Interactive’s support FAQ estimates an 8–12 hour playthrough, depending on playstyle. Searching every area, managing saves, and reloading for missed objectives will put a completion-focused run toward or beyond that range.
Saber’s FAQ confirms physical discs for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, while Switch 2 editions use game key cards. Those format differences do not change the collectible route or achievement logic. The important preparation is having enough time to stop at every transition and an external place to record recipes.
A final pre-credit checklist
- Firearms: 5/5, with every weapon confirmed in your inventory.
- Recipes: 12/12 found, with every resulting craftable item marked crafted.
- Pain Pillars: 5/5.
- Suffering Pillars: 5/5.
- All relevant combat and stealth feats completed before their encounters became inaccessible.
- Both ending choices covered from a preserved pre-choice manual save.
- Shop thresholds checked against the current PS5 patch if you are pursuing those trophies.
- Manual saves retained for each major area and the final decision.
- Platform-specific achievement list checked separately, especially on Steam.
When these boxes are confirmed, the five collectible categories, crafting requirement, endings, side feats, and platform-specific objectives are covered without depending on a late-game cleanup mode that Hellraiser: Revival does not provide.
