Spoilers for all five endings: Into the Pit has two zero-star endings, one one-star ending, one two-star ending, and one three-star ending. The quickest routes are leaving Freddy’s early or failing the Night 5 confrontation; the higher-star endings depend on Dad’s belongings and, for the three-star route, additional arcade and hidden-game tasks.

The count of five endings is reported by Pro Game Guides and Gameranx. Nintendo’s official Switch listing also says players can “Discover different endings” (Nintendo).
How to get each ending
See Ya, Dad (zero stars)
- After Spring Bonnie attacks the party-goers at Freddy’s, go to the front entrance.
- Interact with the front door twice to leave. This ends the run before Oswald rescues Dad.
The cited walkthrough says this early escape can be triggered once per save file.
What Am I? (zero stars)
At the Night 5 climax, Spring Bonnie grabs Oswald by the ball pit. Fail the fight or quick-time event to trigger this ending. Its imagery suggests Oswald becomes the new Foxy, but that is an implication of the ending rather than explicitly confirmed lore.

Pit-y Party (one star)
Complete the story without finding all five of Dad’s belongings. During the escape, Spring Bonnie catches Oswald and drags him back into Freddy’s.
Jeff? (two stars)
- Collect all five of Dad’s belongings and find the separate Strange Photo in the Night 5 Party Room.
- During the escape, use the photo to distract Spring Bonnie, then reach Jeff’s Pizza and complete the confrontation.
Oswald and Dad reunite. In the post-credit scene, Spring Bonnie attacks Jeff.

Family Fun Night (three stars)
Start by collecting all five Dad items and the Strange Photo, and inspect the Dad items in your inventory before rescuing Dad. For the arcade portion, the safest route is to repair and beat every cabinet, then play the secret minigames. One walkthrough also reports calling Mom from Dad’s phone in the Party Room, using Freddy’s candy machine at least 100 times, and escaping without being caught.
There is a disagreement about the arcade requirement: Gameranx reports that its three-star run required only entering each arcade game once and backing out, while the Pro Game Guides walkthrough calls for repairing and beating each game. Since the lower threshold is not consistent across those guides, complete the cabinets and hidden minigames if you want to reduce the chance of missing the ending. Treat the phone call, candy-machine use, and no-capture escape as additional walkthrough-reported tasks rather than universally confirmed rules.

Nightmare difficulty is not required for Family Fun Night, according to Pro Game Guides. The separate “Good job, sport!” achievement does require earning the three-star ending on Nightmare.

- Dad’s Wedding Ring: Near the girl in the Security Room, Night 4.
The Strange Photo is separate from those five items. On Night 5, speak to the girl in the Party Room, then pick up the photo beside the vent.
