To unlock Laser Hell in Split Fiction, enter the binary code above the elevator near the end of Chapter 6, Isolation, in the Maximum Security section. Press the elevator’s left button for 0 and right button for 1; after entering the code, one player holds the final input while the other steps onto the remaining button.
Where to find the Laser Hell entrance
Play through Chapter 6, Isolation, until you reach Maximum Security. Near the end of that section, find the elevator and check above its doorway for the graphic SKOTOS 1100101101. Enter the code before continuing along the normal route. Insider Gaming’s walkthrough gives the code and input instructions; jeuxvideo.com’s guide also identifies the location.
How to enter the code with two players
- At the elevator, enter the digits in the order shown: 1-1-0-0-1-0-1-1-0-1.
- Use the left button for 0 and the right button for 1.
- For the final trigger, one player keeps the final input highlighted while the other player steps onto the remaining button. The elevator then reveals the secret route.
Split Fiction is designed as a two-player cooperative adventure, so coordinate who enters the sequence and who handles the second-button trigger. EA describes the game’s co-op design and Friend’s Pass on its official game page; the specific code and button mapping above come from the walkthrough, not EA’s page.
What to expect in Laser Hell
The level is described as five laser challenge rooms. Examples include moving laser grids, laser walls with narrow gaps, and jumps between platforms while avoiding beams. Treat that as a general preview rather than a room-by-room strategy: the available guide does not establish reliable tactics for every challenge or confirm that a particular shortcut works across game versions.
