Sunny has already accepted Pinhead’s invitation before Aidan reaches the last decision. Choose to stay in the human world for Human After All, or choose to walk with Sunny and the Cenobites for the branch in which Aidan willingly enters the new eternity. An independent guide updated October 10, 2026 reports that selecting Continue after the first completion returns you to an autosave at this decision, letting you view the other branch without replaying the entire game. Official pages confirm the game’s release and premise, but do not independently list the endings, so “two reported endings” is more precise than claiming that every hidden condition has been ruled out.
How many endings does Hellraiser: Revival have?
Two final branches are currently reported for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Both are decided by Aidan’s response at the last choice. The choice does not undo Sunny’s earlier action: Sunny has already accepted Pinhead’s invitation before Aidan selects a route.

| Reported ending | Final choice | Aidan’s outcome | What the choice does not change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Human After All | Stay in the human world | Aidan remains on the human side and the closing conversation confirms that he intends to work out what kind of life he can make. | Sunny’s acceptance of Pinhead’s offer has already happened. |
| Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites | Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites | Aidan willingly chooses the new eternity alongside Sunny and the Cenobites. | Sunny’s decision is not reversed; Aidan is choosing his own fate. |
The branch names and instructions come from an independent ending guide updated October 10, 2026. Saber Interactive’s support material and the PlayStation Store description establish the game’s release, platforms and story premise, but the official pages reviewed do not spell out these finale routes. A player-submitted repost also uses Human After All and Experience Beyond Limits as names for the two reported outcomes, but that repost does not establish a separate route or prove that no additional ending conditions exist. Treat the table above as the currently documented set, not as an official publisher-confirmed count.

The order matters when you are trying to understand the finale. Sunny has accepted Pinhead’s invitation before the player receives Aidan’s last decision. Consequently, the two choices are not a “save Sunny” versus “abandon Sunny” split. They are Aidan’s responses to a situation in which Sunny’s acceptance has already occurred.

- A New Story in Hellraiser's Canon – Unwittingly kickstart Pinhead’s ritual to unleash greater pain and pleasure than ever before.
- Harness the Power of the Box – Combine the unique, hellish abilities of the Configuration with an arsenal of earthly weapons to inflict bone-breaking, flesh-searing pain - or is it pleasure? - upon masochistic enemies.
- Fight Against Unholy Enemies – Take on hell's wretches, deviants, cultists, and even its most infernal priests in a story-driven horror survival game.
The PlayStation Store describes Aidan’s story as using the Genesis Configuration to help Sunny escape the Labyrinth. By the end, the relevant question is what Aidan does after Sunny’s decision, rather than whether he can cancel it. Select the option that matches Aidan’s fate, not an attempt to rewind Sunny’s part of the story.
Ending 1: Human After All
Choice required
At the final decision, choose the option to stay in the human world.
What happens
The ending guide identifies this branch as Human After All. Its closing conversation confirms that Aidan remains on the human side and plans to work out what sort of life he can make. The wording presents the choice as an acceptance of an uncertain human future rather than a claim that every consequence of the Labyrinth has disappeared.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesStep-by-step route
- Play through the finale until Aidan reaches the final decision.
- Read the two options carefully; do not select the option to walk with Sunny and the Cenobites.
- Select Stay in the human world.
- Allow the closing conversation and ending sequence to finish. The ending is registered when the game completes that sequence and returns you to its post-ending state.
When this is the better first choice
- Choose it first if you want Aidan’s human outcome before seeing the Cenobite route.
- Choose it when your interpretation of Aidan’s story is that he should attempt an ordinary life after the events in the Labyrinth.
- Choose it if you want to use the reported Continue method afterward to reach the same final decision again and select the other branch.
This route changes Aidan’s fate. It does not retroactively change Sunny’s acceptance of Pinhead’s invitation.
Ending 2: Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites
Choice required
At the final decision, choose the option to walk with Sunny and the Cenobites.
Rank #2
What happens
The ending guide describes the closing dialogue as confirming that Aidan willingly chooses the new eternity. This is a voluntary decision for Aidan, made after Sunny has already accepted Pinhead’s offer. The route therefore represents Aidan joining Sunny and the Cenobites, not Aidan persuading Sunny to return to the human world.
Step-by-step route
- Reach the final decision after Sunny’s acceptance has taken place.
- Select Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites.
- Let the final dialogue play through so the game records the branch.
- Remain through the ending transition before quitting or returning to the menu.
What this route means for the choice
The important distinction is agency. Sunny’s invitation and acceptance are already part of the preceding events. Aidan’s selection determines whether he stays human or enters the new eternity willingly. Selecting this branch does not function as a reversal of Sunny’s decision; it is Aidan’s separate answer.

How to see both endings without replaying the whole game
An independent guide reports a convenient replay method: after completing the first ending, return to the main menu and select Continue. According to that guide, the latest autosave loads at the final decision sequence. From there, skip the dialogue you have already seen and select the opposite option.
Reported two-ending procedure
- Complete either reported ending.
- Wait until the ending sequence has finished and you can return to the game’s menu.
- Select Continue, not a new game.
- Check that the loaded scene is the final decision sequence. The reported method says the latest autosave places you there.
- Skip the repeated dialogue if the game offers its normal dialogue-skip control.
- Choose the other final option: stay in the human world if you first walked with Sunny, or walk with Sunny and the Cenobites if you first stayed human.
- Let the second closing conversation and ending sequence complete.
This method is attributed to the independent guide rather than to Saber Interactive. The official pages reviewed do not confirm where Continue places the player after an ending, so treat the autosave behavior as a reported convenience, not a publisher guarantee.
Why the method can save substantial time
The decision itself is the only documented branch point for these two outcomes. If Continue restores the final autosave as reported, you do not need to repeat the earlier exploration, combat and Labyrinth sequences. You only repeat the dialogue immediately surrounding the decision and the ending you selected. The game’s own autosave timing determines whether this works on a particular save; do not delete the completed save before checking.

Safe order for a first playthrough
- Make your preferred first choice naturally instead of trying to force a particular ending early.
- Finish the complete ending sequence before leaving to the menu, giving the autosave an opportunity to update.
- Use Continue once, verify the scene, then take the opposite choice.
- If you care about preserving the first outcome, keep the original save data and avoid starting a new game until both routes have been viewed.
What to do if Continue does not return to the final choice
The reported reload behavior is not confirmed by the official support or storefront pages. If Continue opens an earlier location or begins a different state, the available evidence does not establish a universal recovery command, a chapter-select feature or a guaranteed manual-save location. Use the following checks without assuming that an unverified menu option exists.

- Confirm that the first ending sequence actually finished before you returned to the menu.
- Choose Continue from the main menu rather than selecting a new game or another save slot.
- Let the loaded scene finish initializing; do not quit during a transition.
- If the game offers more than one save slot on your platform, do not overwrite the slot that contains the completed run.
- If the final autosave is unavailable, replay from the most recent point you still have and make the opposite choice when you reach the decision again.
These are preservation and troubleshooting steps, not additional ending requirements. No source reviewed documents a hidden combination of earlier choices that must be repeated for either reported branch.
Ending names and the unresolved question of hidden variants
The independent guide calls the routes Human After All and “Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites.” A player-submitted repost uses Human After All and Experience Beyond Limits. The second label may be a name for the same Cenobite outcome, but the repost is not strong enough evidence to establish a third ending, a different trigger or an official title.
For that reason, guides that state “there are exactly two endings” go beyond what the available sources prove. The defensible wording is that two endings are currently reported, both controlled by Aidan’s final choice. The sources reviewed do not provide authoritative confirmation that every possible hidden condition, alternate scene or future update has been exhausted.

| Continue reloads the final decision after the first ending. | Reported independently; not confirmed by the official pages reviewed. | Try it after the first completion, while preserving your save. |

A spoiler-conscious checklist
Before making the final choice
- Finish any optional activity you want to complete before the finale; the documented route information only concerns the last decision.
- Remember that Sunny has already accepted Pinhead’s invitation.
- Decide whether you want Aidan to remain human or willingly enter the new eternity.
To unlock both reported branches
- Choose one option and finish its ending sequence.
- Return to the menu and try Continue.
- Verify that the autosave has returned you to the final decision.
- Select the opposite option and finish the second sequence.
To avoid losing progress
- Do not overwrite a completed save before testing the reload.
- Do not assume that a failed Continue reload means you selected the wrong earlier choices; no such additional conditions are documented.
- Keep in mind that the autosave shortcut is an independently reported behavior, not an officially documented feature.
Frequently misunderstood points about the finale
Does Aidan’s choice save Sunny?
No. Sunny’s acceptance has already happened when Aidan makes his choice. The documented split is Aidan staying human versus accompanying Sunny and the Cenobites.
Does the Cenobite route require a special earlier decision?
No special earlier trigger is documented for either reported branch. The ending guide identifies the final choice itself as the deciding action.
Do I need a second full playthrough?
Not necessarily. The independent guide reports that Continue loads the final decision’s autosave after the first ending. Because official pages do not confirm that behavior, be prepared to replay from an earlier save if your copy does not restore that scene.
Is Experience Beyond Limits a third ending?
The available player-submitted repost uses that phrase for one of the two reported outcomes. It does not establish a third route or prove a different ending condition.
Bottom line
To see the two endings currently reported for Hellraiser: Revival, choose stay in the human world for Human After All, or choose walk with Sunny and the Cenobites for Aidan’s willing passage into the new eternity. After finishing one, the independent guide’s method is to return to the menu, select Continue, and take the opposite choice at the final decision. Because the publisher has not formally enumerated the endings or confirmed the autosave shortcut, these should be presented as the two documented routes rather than an absolute guarantee that no hidden variant exists.
