To unlock “Bouncy” in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, survive a jump from a height of 30 meters. Guides describe landing in a bouncy or gravitational anomaly to cushion the fall; an ordinary landing is not the method they recommend.
How to get the Bouncy achievement
- Reach a suitable jump point. Insider Gaming describes a tower route during the “Chasing Ghosts” mission: after climbing the tower and completing an objective, follow the planks to the jump point. A Steam Community achievement guide instead describes a tower near a levitating-rock anomaly in Agroprom. These are different location descriptions, and the available guides do not establish whether both work or one is mistaken.
- Save before you jump. Make a save at the jump point so you can retry if you miss the anomaly.
- Aim for the anomaly below. Jump from the height and land in the bouncy or gravitational anomaly to survive the fall. The achievement condition is a successful jump from 30 meters.
- Check for the unlock. If it does not register, the cited sources do not establish a specific troubleshooting fix.
The tower and plank directions come from Insider Gaming’s Bouncy guide; the alternative Agroprom description comes from a Steam Community achievement guide. The latter is user-generated. Neither guide resolves the location discrepancy.

Why achievements may be disabled
GSC Game World’s Achievements support page, dated November 15, 2024, states: “Important: Playing a modded version of the game disables achievements.” It does not provide Bouncy-specific troubleshooting instructions.

GSC Game World’s Update 2.0 and Cost of Hope overview gives August 20, 2026 as the launch date for the update and expansion. That overview does not say whether Bouncy’s condition or the reported routes changed, so these directions should not be taken as confirmation that the achievement was retested after the update.
