Control does not currently have a confirmed standard raid awakening. A current fruit reference labels it “Not awakenable,” while Update 29 added Control to the separate Admin Panel upgrade system. Guides report a route through that panel, but their requirements are secondary-source details—not confirmed official instructions. Control’s current fruit reference and the Admin Panel reference distinguish the two systems.
Does Control have a standard awakening?
Not according to the current Control fruit reference, which labels it “Not awakenable.” That wording matters: the familiar raid-based fruit awakening and the Admin Panel’s newer fruit upgrades are separate mechanics. Some guides call the Control upgrades an awakening, but that does not establish that Control uses the classic raid route.
Update 29, dated December 23, 2025 in the update summary, added Control to the Admin Panel. The panel is described as a second fruit-upgrade method, distinct from classic raid awakenings. The current Control reference was checked September 15, 2026. Update 29 summary

Where guides say to find the panel
The same guide says to speak with the Mysterious Scientist to open the Admin Panel, placing the NPC in either the Second Sea or Third Sea. Once there, check the live panel for the displayed Control research tier, task, and cost before spending materials or consuming a fruit. The available guides differ in wording, and the live interface should take precedence over a guide if its requirements do not match.
Should you do raids for Control?
Do not assume that raid clears unlock Control’s reported upgrades. The reported route uses the Admin Panel, mastery thresholds, Simulation Dungeon tasks, a Dagger M1 task, and specified materials—not the classic raid-and-awakening process. The sources do not establish a complete, independently verified comparison of all current requirements or effects, so use the game’s own displayed instructions as the authority for your character.
