Take a Remembrance to Finger Reader Enia at Roundtable Hold and exchange it for one of its listed rewards. If you want both rewards from the same Remembrance, duplicate it at an eligible Wandering Mausoleum before making the exchange. You can also consume a Remembrance for runes, but that uses it up. This guide covers the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree.
What Remembrances do
Remembrances are boss rewards with two uses: trade one to Enia for a listed item, or consume it for runes. The exchange choice spends the Remembrance, so check both options before confirming. Rune values vary by item; the references list values such as 20,000, 30,000, 40,000 and 50,000, but some entries differ between sources. Treat the value shown in the current game as authoritative rather than relying on a disputed figure.
How to exchange a Remembrance
- Go to Roundtable Hold and speak with Finger Reader Enia.
- Choose the Remembrance exchange option and review the rewards for the item you are carrying.
- Select the reward you want. The Remembrance is consumed in the exchange.

Each row lists the two exchange choices identified by the reference checklist. Rune values are included where listed, but the Rot Goddess value differs across secondary references; check the in-game description for its current value.

The expansion adds the following Remembrances and exchange options. The checklist lists three outcomes for Remembrance of a God and a Lord, unlike the usual two; check Enia’s current exchange menu to see the available choices.

How to get both rewards from one Remembrance
Duplicate the Remembrance at a compatible Wandering Mausoleum before exchanging it. Each mausoleum allows one duplication per playthrough, and mausoleums without bells accept only a restricted selection of Remembrances. The game’s duplication menu indicates whether the Remembrance you want is eligible; do not assume a particular mausoleum accepts a particular item.
Find and access a Wandering Mausoleum
The checklist identifies seven locations: Weeping Peninsula; northeast of Raya Lucaria in Liurnia; two around the Mausoleum Compound in Liurnia; outside Castle Sol; northwest of Ordina in Consecrated Snowfield; and Deeproot Depths near Nameless Eternal City. Some locations have hazards. Clear the skull-like residue from the mausoleum to make it usable, then interact with it and choose an eligible Remembrance to duplicate.

Should you exchange, duplicate, or consume one?
- Exchange it if one of Enia’s rewards suits your build or play style. Compare the listed options first; the sources do not establish a universally best reward.
- Duplicate it first if you want both exchange rewards and have an eligible mausoleum available. Duplication uses that mausoleum’s one use for the playthrough.
- Consume it for runes if you prefer its listed rune value to the exchange items. Check the specific item’s in-game value, especially where secondary references disagree.
When comparing exchange options, consider whether the reward matches your stats, whether you want a weapon, spell, tool, talisman or Ash of War, and whether you can duplicate the Remembrance to obtain both. The available references identify the rewards but do not provide a controlled performance ranking.
