Its published materials describe connecting remote musicians or guests and sending their feeds to OBS or vMix. They do not establish that it can loop prerecorded lo-fi tracks around the clock without an active host or computer. If you want guests to perform live, StreamVoodoo may fit part of the production chain; if you want an unattended music loop, confirm the service’s current capabilities before relying on it.
What StreamVoodoo does—and what it does not establish
StreamVoodoo’s FAQ describes a browser-based room for connecting multiple video and audio sources. Each participant can have an individual Magic Link, which the FAQ says can be added to OBS or vMix as a browser source. The FAQ excerpt lists rooms with 2, 5 or 10 connections and says rooms last one week after the host leaves; a host can make a room ready again by rejoining with the same room name. These details come from an official FAQ search excerpt, while the direct FAQ page redirected when accessed, so check the current FAQ before planning around room limits or persistence.
StreamVoodoo’s Music page describes Voodo Beats Pro as an online studio for musicians, with 1080p video feeds, 320 kbps audio feeds, up to five musicians in real time and OBS integration. Those are vendor-described capabilities, not independent performance measurements. They point to remote live music production, not unattended playback of a prerecorded playlist.
The available product information does not confirm a 24/7 loop feature, continuous unattended operation, current pricing, or whether a room can host a persistent YouTube broadcast. Ask StreamVoodoo directly whether its current product supports your precise use case before treating it as the loop engine.

Choose the right workflow for your channel
| Workflow | What it is suited to | What remains to verify |
|---|---|---|
| StreamVoodoo with OBS or vMix | Bringing remote musicians or guests into a live-produced show through browser feeds. | Whether the current room lifecycle and service support the duration and unattended operation you need. The available sources do not confirm prerecorded 24/7 looping. |
| Unattended cloud playback | Playing uploaded recordings or a playlist continuously without keeping a home computer on. StreamNeo describes this workflow for YouTube. | Review current service terms, storage and account details, and make sure your music rights cover the intended broadcast and archive. |
YouTube supports encoder-based streaming for produced broadcasts. The general chain is to prepare your audio and visual, create the broadcast in YouTube Studio, send the program through a supported encoder or cloud service, and monitor the live output. YouTube’s live-streaming setup guidance covers eligibility and current Studio steps; follow the instructions shown for your channel rather than assuming every account has identical access.
Clear the music before you build the stream
YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions place responsibility on the content provider to have the necessary rights for live content on Google services worldwide, including music rights from artists, labels, publishers and other rights participants. The terms also address archived content where available.

Before broadcasting, make sure each track and sample is cleared for the uses you plan: YouTube live streaming, the relevant territories, an archived replay, and monetization if applicable. Keep the license, agreement or other permission and a track list together. Owning an audio file, crediting the artist, or describing music as “royalty-free” does not by itself establish permission for these uses; the license terms do.

- Decide whether remote live feeds are part of the show. If the channel only needs prerecorded lo-fi playback, first ask StreamVoodoo whether its current service supports unattended playback and how rooms behave after the host leaves. Do not infer a 24/7 loop feature from its live-room or music-studio descriptions.
- Prepare cleared audio and visuals. Assemble the live set or mix and a suitable visual for the broadcast. Keep permissions and track metadata available in case you need to check a claim or confirm a license.
- Create the remote room and connect participants. Use StreamVoodoo’s current room setup and invite each participant with the service’s individual access link. The FAQ excerpt describes Magic Links, but consult the current product guidance for exact account and room steps.
- Bring feeds into your production software. Add the relevant Magic Links to OBS or vMix as browser sources, as described in the StreamVoodoo FAQ. Arrange the sources and mix the program in your production software. StreamVoodoo’s Music page describes OBS integration; verify current compatibility and settings with the service.
- Configure and start the YouTube broadcast. In YouTube Studio, create or schedule a live stream and follow the current encoder instructions for the channel. Connect the encoder output to the broadcast. Keep the stream key private; anyone with access to it may be able to send video to your channel.
- Test before going public. Make an unlisted test, check the incoming picture and audio, listen for feedback or interruptions, and confirm the broadcast appears correctly in YouTube. Test the start and end of any intended loop and watch the live output after launch. The creator’s own test is necessary to establish how this particular setup behaves.
- Plan for the room and the broadcast separately. A live room feeding OBS/vMix and a YouTube broadcast are distinct parts of the setup. The FAQ excerpt’s one-week room duration after the host leaves is not a guarantee that a room or stream will remain available indefinitely; confirm current limits and have a recovery plan.
For live room audio, StreamVoodoo’s FAQ recommends headphones when using its unprocessed “studio quality sound” setting to prevent speaker output from feeding back into a microphone and causing echo. That advice concerns live microphone audio, not a requirement for a prerecorded mix.
Know YouTube’s live-stream limits and rules
YouTube’s live-streaming help page states a limit of 10 active streams per channel and 3 active streams per stream key. These are platform limits stated on the help page accessed October 3, 2026; check the current YouTube guidance for any changes before launch. YouTube also requires live content to follow its Community Guidelines and Terms.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Troubleshoot common setup problems
- A guest feed is missing in OBS or vMix: Confirm the participant has joined the intended room, that the Magic Link is current and that the browser source is configured as the current StreamVoodoo instructions specify. Check the browser-source connection before restarting the whole broadcast.
- Microphone audio echoes: Use headphones for the live participant audio path and make sure the participant’s speakers are not feeding the microphone. This is especially relevant to the unprocessed audio setting described in StreamVoodoo’s FAQ.
- The room is no longer available: The FAQ excerpt says rooms last one week after the host leaves and can be readied again when the host rejoins with the same room name. Since that is an excerpt and current terms may differ, confirm the current room behavior with StreamVoodoo rather than assuming it will persist unattended.
- YouTube does not receive the encoder output: Recheck the broadcast’s encoder instructions and the selected stream key in YouTube Studio. Keep the key private, and verify whether the encoder is connected to the intended scheduled or active broadcast.
- A track receives a claim or the stream is interrupted: Review the track’s actual license for live, archived, territorial and monetization rights. Gather the written permission and track metadata; attribution alone is not a substitute for the rights YouTube requires.
- The loop stops at the end of a mix: Test the full playback sequence, including the transition from the last track back to the first, before launch. StreamVoodoo’s available materials do not establish automatic playlist looping, so confirm that the chosen playback system—not simply the remote-room connection—handles it.
Or let it run in the cloud
If your goal is unattended prerecorded playback rather than remote live guests, StreamNeo describes a separate YouTube-only workflow: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, then go live. It loops uploaded video from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. Any quality up to 4K 60fps streams as uploaded at one flat price per slot; StreamNeo also says it automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card. Monthly billing is $9.99 per month. Review current details at StreamNeo; in India, UPI works, as do cards in India, while card checkout is available worldwide. Start the free day with StreamNeo.
