To view Roblox purchases made with Robux: open Roblox in a web browser, sign in, click the Robux icon, click your Robux balance, open My Transactions, and select Purchases. If you are looking for Robux top-ups or spending, select Currency Purchases instead. For a real-money receipt, use the purchase history of Apple, Google Play, Microsoft/Xbox, Xsolla, Samsung, or whichever provider processed the charge.
First, choose the record you need
Roblox has several different meanings of “purchase history.” Use the record that matches what you are trying to find:

As of August 10, 2026, the official browser route is: sign in to Roblox, click the Robux icon, click your displayed Robux balance, then select a filter on My Transactions. For items bought with Robux, choose Purchases. For Robux purchases or spending, choose Currency Purchases.

How to view Roblox item purchase history on a computer or Chromebook
- Open Roblox.com in a web browser.
- Sign in to the account where the purchase was made.
- Click the Robux icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click the Robux amount displayed beside your account.
- Wait for My Transactions to load.
- Open the filter in the upper-left corner.
- Select Purchases.
The page should then show Roblox’s account-side history for virtual items and passes purchased with Robux. This is the correct place to investigate an avatar item, virtual item, or pass that you remember buying with Robux.

You can also open the direct page at roblox.com/transactions. If you are signed out, Roblox sends you to the login page first. Sign in and reopen the transactions page if necessary.
The official instructions reach My Transactions by clicking the Robux amount. The page is not necessarily found through ordinary account Settings, so do not assume that a Settings → Billing route is present in every Roblox account or interface version.
How to see Robux purchase and spending history
If you bought Robux with real money, or you are trying to see Robux-related spending rather than individual items, repeat the same browser steps and select Currency Purchases instead of Purchases.
This distinction matters:
- Currency Purchases is for Robux currency activity.
- Purchases is for virtual items and passes bought with Robux.
- Summary gives an overall view of Robux entering and leaving the account.
A Robux top-up will not necessarily appear as the same kind of entry as the shirt, pass, or other item bought afterward. Check Currency Purchases for the top-up and Purchases for the item.
Other current My Transactions filters include Premium Stipends, Sales of Goods, Creator Rewards, and Group Payouts. The exact entries shown depend on the account’s activity and eligibility.
How to check Roblox purchase history on iPhone or Android
The most dependable way to view the complete My Transactions filter interface on a phone is through a mobile browser. Roblox’s official spending-history instructions document the web-browser flow; the mobile-app instructions document checking a Robux balance, but do not guarantee that every current iOS or Android app version exposes the full transaction ledger.
- Open Safari, Chrome, or another mobile browser.
- Go to roblox.com/transactions.
- Sign in to the correct Roblox account.
- If Roblox tries to open the app, choose Continue in Browser or stay on the browser page.
- Use the Robux icon → Robux balance → My Transactions path if the direct link does not open the ledger immediately.
- Choose Purchases for items and passes, or Currency Purchases for Robux activity.
If the table or filter is cramped, use your browser’s Request Desktop Website or Desktop site option. App menus can change by version, platform, and region. Some secondary guides describe a Settings → Account Info → Billing path in the mobile app, but Roblox’s current official spending-history instructions do not establish that as a universal route.

For item-level transaction filters, use the same Roblox account in a web browser and follow the My Transactions steps above.
If the real-money charge was processed through Microsoft or Xbox, Roblox’s account ledger is not the same thing as the store’s order history. Check Microsoft Store order history or follow Xbox’s purchase-history instructions. Store availability and refund authority can depend on the country and the platform used.
Roblox purchase history versus a payment receipt
My Transactions is an account-side Robux record. It is not a bank statement, card statement, or universal receipt archive. A payment receipt normally contains information such as the order number, billing address, Roblox product, and purchase amount. Roblox directs users to the external provider that processed the payment for that information.

Provider screens and refund rules may vary by country. If Roblox Support asks for proof of purchase, make sure the receipt visibly shows the order number, billing address, Roblox product, and amount. Do not send your Roblox password or full payment-card number.
Parents: checking a child’s Roblox spending
Linked parental controls are useful for ongoing oversight, but spending notifications are not guaranteed to replace the child account’s complete transaction history or the store’s receipts.
The parent account must have parent privileges and be linked to the child’s Roblox account. The documented path is:
Settings → Parental Controls → select the child account → Spending restrictions

For a historical investigation, still sign in to the child account and check the appropriate My Transactions filter, then compare it with Apple, Google Play, Microsoft, Xbox, or another provider’s order history.
Subscriptions and Roblox Premium
To inspect an active Roblox subscription, open Settings → Subscriptions. That page can show renewal and expiration information. Cancellation depends on where the subscription was purchased; subscriptions billed through Apple or Google Play must generally be managed through those stores.
Roblox Premium has an important current limitation: it stopped being available for new purchase on April 30, 2026. Existing subscribers may retain it under Roblox’s applicable terms. Premium-related monthly Robux deposits, where applicable, are represented by the Premium Stipends transaction filter.
If a Roblox purchase is missing

For a missing product, Roblox recommends providing the username, device, purchase date, product, and receipt. Keep the receipt from the provider that processed the payment.

If you see a charge or transaction you do not recognize, preserve the evidence before changing or deleting anything:
- Record the transaction date, amount, Roblox username, and payment provider.
- Save the provider receipt or order number.
- Change the Roblox password.
- Remove suspicious browser extensions and check the device for malware.
- Review active sessions under the account’s Security settings.
- Enable 2-Step Verification.
- Contact the correct support channel before disputing the charge when Roblox’s instructions require it.
For credit-card, debit-card, PayPal, and Google Play charges, Roblox asks users to contact Roblox Support about unauthorized charges before starting a payment-provider dispute. Apple, Microsoft/Xbox, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, and Amazon purchases generally require contacting the relevant provider for refund handling.
Roblox may request the billing name, the last four digits of the card, PayPal email address, Google Play purchase number, Roblox username, and the dates and amounts of the charges. Never provide your full card number or account password in a support request.

Viewing My Transactions does not start a refund. Roblox generally says that Robux purchases cannot be refunded, including accidental purchases and unwanted or unused items. Exceptions may depend on an unauthorized-charge investigation, the payment provider’s rules, applicable law, or a documented problem with the item.

Start with the provider that actually processed the payment when Roblox directs you there. Keep the receipt and explain exactly what happened. A purchase appearing in your history does not by itself mean that a refund is available.

What My Transactions does not show
Roblox’s payment-method settings are for adding, deleting, or managing saved payment methods; they are not a guaranteed replacement for the complete purchase ledger. Roblox does not expose full card details through the account, and payment providers may retain billing information and transaction records. For a formal receipt, tax record, order number, or card charge, use the store or processor’s history.

Can I see my complete Roblox purchase history in the mobile app?

Does Roblox keep all purchase history forever?
No. Roblox does not promise that every historical transaction remains available indefinitely in My Transactions. Check the relevant payment provider’s order history and contact Roblox Support for older or missing transactions.
