You’ll see a saved snapshot—not a restored, working version of Roblox’s former live site.
How to view an archived Roblox page
-
Open the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.
-
Enter
roblox.comto look for captures of the main site, or enter the full URL of a specific Roblox page. The Internet Archive’s Using The Wayback Machine guide says you can enter a domain or URL and press Browse History. -
Choose a date for which a capture is available, then open it. To check the capture’s timestamp, look at the date code in the archived URL: it records the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
-
If the page looks incomplete, try another capture date or search using the exact page URL. A capture may not include every image, script, or linked page.

What the Wayback Machine can—and cannot—show
A Wayback Machine capture is an archived view of a page, not a live rollback of the Roblox website. Some pages or resources may never have been captured, may be excluded, or may not load correctly in the archive. JavaScript-driven features can fail; images and links may be missing; and a link that was not archived may lead to the current live web instead. The Internet Archive documents these limitations in its Wayback Machine guide.
So, a snapshot can help you revisit how a Roblox page looked on a particular date, but it may not reproduce its original behavior or appearance in full. No particular year, page, or feature is guaranteed to have a usable capture.

Is Roblox’s Classic app theme the old website?
No. Roblox’s September 16, 2026 announcement, by Senior Vice President of Engineering Seb Barrios, described a limited-time Classic theme for the Roblox app during The Hunt: Roblox 20, scheduled for September 17–28, 2026. It changed the app’s logo, colors, and font; it was not a way to restore the old website. The announcement said active Roblox Plus subscribers could keep the theme after the event, but it does not establish whether the theme is available now.
