Version 4.6 started on September 28, 2026, according to HoYoverse’s update notes. The current search result is labeled Version 4.6, although the opened guide still contains Version 4.5 and August 28 material, so verify rankings and in-game costs after patches.
Anaxa’s kit and what it means for his build
Bouncing Skill attacks
Anaxa’s Skill strikes a chosen enemy and then makes four additional hits that bounce between enemies, prioritizing targets not already hit by that Skill instance. Its strength increases with the number of attackable enemies, making Speed, CRIT and ATK especially valuable in waves.
Weakness application and Qualitative Disclosure
His Talent adds a random Weakness type on each hit, favoring types the target does not already have. At five or more distinct Weakness types, the target enters Qualitative Disclosure and takes increased damage from Anaxa. After Anaxa uses a Basic ATK or Skill against such a target, he launches an additional Skill instance without consuming a Skill Point.

Ultimate and energy
Anaxa’s Ultimate deals area Wind damage and briefly applies all seven Weakness types. Targets without Control RES cannot act during Sublimation. The Ultimate costs 140 energy, so team energy support can determine whether an ATK% or Energy Regeneration rope is better.
The A4 team-building fork
His A4 trace, Imperative Hiatus, changes according to the number of Erudition characters:
- Only Erudition character: Anaxa gains 140% CRIT DMG.
- At least two Erudition characters: all allies gain 50% damage.
This creates a choice between a solo-Erudition hypercarry and a dual-Erudition damage team. The second option is most attractive when the encounter has several targets for Anaxa’s bouncing attacks.

Stat priority
- Reach the Speed breakpoint required by your rotation.
- Balance CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG; select a CRIT Rate body first when your rate is short.
- Build ATK% after the required Speed and CRIT thresholds.
Trace priority
- Skill
- Ultimate
- Talent
- Basic ATK
For major traces, prioritize Imperative Hiatus (A4), then Roaming Signifier (A2), then Qualitative Shift (A6).
Anaxa team options
The Herta dual-Erudition team
The Herta (main DPS) / Anaxa / Tribbie / Lingsha is a supported composition. The two Erudition characters exploit wide enemy waves and activate Anaxa’s 50% team-damage branch, Tribbie increases area damage, and Lingsha provides sustain while the damage dealers spend turns charging and attacking.

How to choose a team
- Second Erudition: determines whether Anaxa’s 50% team-damage branch is active.
- Enemy count: multiple targets improve the value of his bouncing Skill.
- Energy and action support: support that helps him reach repeated 140-energy Ultimates can favor an ATK% rope.
- Sustain: use a reliable healer or shielder so Anaxa can continue building Weaknesses and triggering extra Skills.
No cited source establishes one composition as best for every player or encounter.

Practical build checklist
- Use a Speed-feet build and tune the breakpoint to the team’s rotation.
- Balance CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG before stacking more ATK.
- Use ATK% sphere and choose ATK% or Energy Regeneration rope based on Ultimate uptime.
- Pair him with another Erudition character when the 50% team-damage branch and Izumo set value outweigh solo-hypercarry CRIT DMG.
- Prioritize multi-target stages where his Skill can bounce and his Talent can reach five distinct Weaknesses.
