Intel’s Windows graphics driver 32.0.101.9034 is available as a Non-WHQL release, dated October 1, 2026. It adds Game On support for ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE and Gears of War: E-Day, but Intel also lists crashes and lower-than-expected performance affecting particular games and graphics platforms. Install it only after checking that your exact GPU, Windows version, and computer-maker guidance are a good match.
What the 101.9034 driver supports
Intel lists driver 32.0.101.9034 for Windows systems with Intel Arc B-series or A-series graphics, or supported Intel Core Ultra processors with built-in Intel Arc graphics. The release notes enumerate Arc B580 and B570, Arc A770, A750, A580, A380 and A310 families and variants, as well as supported integrated-graphics platforms. That does not mean every Intel-based PC is eligible: confirm the specific graphics device and operating system against Intel’s current Arc Graphics Windows download page and your computer maker’s support information.
Intel’s download listing recommends Windows 10 22H2 and the Windows 11 family. The release notes specifically enumerate Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 versions 21H2, 22H2, 23H2, 24H2, 25H2 and 26H2. The current listing and system-maker guidance should take precedence if your device has a specialized configuration.
What is new—and what it does not promise
Intel lists Game On Driver support for ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE and Gears of War: E-Day across the named Arc B-series, Arc A-series, and Core Ultra built-in Arc categories. This is a compatibility/support announcement, not a guarantee of higher frame rates or a claim that every system will perform better. Intel specifically notes lower-than-expected performance in Gears of War: E-Day on Arc A-series and certain Core Ultra platforms.

For the listed PugetBench crashes, Intel recommends setting the PugetBench timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher so each test can finish. This is a benchmark troubleshooting setting, not a driver-performance measurement. See Intel’s 32.0.101.9034 release notes for the complete platform-specific issue list and any release-note updates.
Should you install it or stay with your OEM driver?
For a desktop PC using a supported Arc card, the generic Intel package may be appropriate if you want the new game support and your system matches the listed compatibility. On a laptop or prebuilt PC, first check the computer maker’s driver page. OEM graphics drivers can include platform-specific customizations, and Intel warns that its generic driver will overwrite the selected OEM graphics driver. Corporate customers should use OEM drivers and report issues through their platform vendor, as Intel directs.

- Consider updating if your exact Arc or Core Ultra graphics platform and Windows version are supported, you want the listed Game On support, and none of the documented issues is a concern for your use.
- Consider waiting or using the OEM package if a listed crash or performance issue affects a game or benchmark you rely on, or your laptop or prebuilt system maker supplies a validated driver.
- Check before installing if you are unsure which Arc graphics device or Windows release your PC uses; do not infer eligibility from the Intel brand alone.
