inZOI is a life-simulation game in Early Access, and its official 2026 roadmap outlines planned work on jobs, relationships, memories, building, and core gameplay. The roadmap is provisional, not a release calendar: KRAFTON’s developer has warned that schedules can change and some items may not be feasible in 2026. Here’s what the plan says, what later updates changed, and how to check whether your PC meets the published requirements.
What is inZOI?
inZOI is a life-simulation game developed by inZOI Studio and published by KRAFTON. Players customize characters and homes, then control and observe the lives of their Zois. Steam lists March 27, 2025 as the game’s release and Early Access date. Steam’s inZOI listing identifies the game as Early Access.

What does the official 2026 roadmap include?
Kjun’s December 26, 2025 post divides the plan into “Fundamentals First” and “2026 Roadmap.” It presents quarterly goals, but explicitly warns that the schedule may change and that not every item may be implemented in 2026; some may prove technically impossible. Kjun wrote: “The quarterly schedule for ‘2026 New Development’ may be delayed or changed depending on progress.” Read the official roadmap post.
The entries below are planned work, not confirmation that a feature has shipped. The post also says fundamentals work will grow in importance during the second half of 2026.

Fundamentals First
The post describes goals including more natural movement and multitasking, custom hotkeys, more useful interaction menus, vehicle-collision behavior, and additional interaction and security options. These are developer-stated objectives in the roadmap, not a statement that each is already available.
What has changed since the annual roadmap?
In a later Steam Community reply, Kjun said Karma-system improvements had been delayed while the team developed them with the Values system as part of broader personality-system work. Kjun said an updated roadmap would be shared separately. The reply also identifies making traits visibly shape behavior and allowing relationships to develop naturally without constant player direction as important work before full release. These are stated priorities, not confirmation of completed features. See Kjun’s reply in the inZOI Steam Community.
A separate January 2, 2026 roadmap post describes modding, multiplayer, AI NPCs, and Canvastown with the Fate Engine as subjects of active research and development validation. It warns that scope and timing may change with development progress, testing, and service decisions. Its prospective milestones should not be read as delivered features or guaranteed dates. Read the official “Beyond the Fundamentals” roadmap post.
Is the roadmap a promise of specific release dates?
No. The quarterly schedule is provisional, and the developer has said both that not every listed item may be possible in 2026 and that work has already been delayed. No definitive full-release date is established by the official sources covered here; Steam continues to identify inZOI as an Early Access game. Check the latest official posts rather than relying on an older quarter as a shipping deadline.

What are the Minimum, Recommended PC specifications for inZOI?
KRAFTON’s published system requirements are for Windows PC. Compare the whole system—not just the graphics card—against the table. KRAFTON’s PC requirements page says the game checks a system and sets initial graphics quality automatically; upscaling and other options can be adjusted. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee smooth performance, and KRAFTON warns that integrated graphics and some low-spec mobile GPUs may not run properly.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 10/11 | Windows 11 |
| Processor | Intel i5-10400 or better; AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or better | Intel i7-12700K or better; AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D or better |
| Memory | 12 GB | 16 GB |
| Graphics | NVIDIA RTX 2060 (6 GB VRAM); AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (6 GB VRAM) | NVIDIA RTX 3070 (8 GB VRAM); AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (16 GB VRAM) |
| Storage | SSD, 40 GB | SSD, 60 GB |
| DirectX | Version 12 | Version 12 |
Steam lists separate macOS requirements: minimum Apple M2, macOS Sequoia 15.0, 16 GB memory, and 36 GB storage; recommended Apple M3, the same operating system and memory, and 45 GB storage. Those are Steam’s Mac figures, not part of KRAFTON’s Windows requirements table. Check the Steam listing for platform-specific requirements.
If you are considering an upgrade, KRAFTON names an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card as one recommended graphics option, but a GPU alone does not establish that a system meets the game’s requirements. Check your processor, memory, operating system, SSD space, and DirectX support as well.
Where can players find troubleshooting help?
The official Help Center FAQ index links to guidance on PC requirements, graphics settings, DirectX 12, account linking, and reported crashes with some Intel 13th- and 14th-generation CPUs. Use the relevant support article for instructions; the index itself is not enough to diagnose a specific crash or configuration. Open the inZOI Help Center.
The game crashes when using Intel 13th or 14th generation CPUs. What should I do?
Open the Intel CPU crash topic from the official Help Center FAQ index and follow its guidance for your system. The index confirms that this is a covered support topic, but does not establish one fix that applies to every affected PC.
What should I do if I experience issues with DirectX 12?
Use the DirectX 12 troubleshooting article linked from the official Help Center FAQ index. Follow the instructions for your particular issue rather than assuming a single remedy will apply to all systems.
