What is Bear and Breakfast?
Bear and Breakfast is a single-player management adventure from developer Gummy Cat and publisher Armor Games Studios. You play Hank, a bear who turns an abandoned shack into a woodland bed and breakfast. The game involves building and decorating rooms, attracting guests, maintaining your reputation, earning money, completing quests, and exploring a story in the forest. Epic lists a July 28, 2022 release date for its Windows version.

The official Bear and Breakfast website lists Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Steam, GOG, and Epic as platforms. That list confirms digital availability, not a physical edition.
How long do you have to claim an Epic free game?
Epic Games Store support says a new free game is made available each Thursday at 8 a.m. Pacific Time and remains claimable for seven days, until the offer rotates. The exact end time and current games are shown on Epic’s offer page. Epic says an account with two-factor authentication is required to claim a free game.

If an offer period ends before you claim a game, Epic says you cannot claim it afterward. Check the displayed deadline rather than assuming an offer remains available for a full week from the moment you see it.
