Miliastra Wonderland is an in-game Genshin Impact system, not a separate game you need to buy. HoYoverse’s official sources do not state a separate price for basic access. You need to meet the quest unlock, but optional digital content is also available, so not every feature or cosmetic should be assumed to be free.
What you need to play Miliastra Wonderland
HoYoverse’s October 22, 2025 launch announcement says players can explore Miliastra Wonderland after completing Act I of the Prologue Archon Quest, “The Outlander Who Caught the Wind.” You also need access to Genshin Impact on a supported platform.
- A Genshin Impact account and the game on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android, or iOS.
- Completion of Act I of the Prologue Archon Quest, “The Outlander Who Caught the Wind.”

Do you need a PC?
No special PC requirement is established for playing ordinary published Wonderland stages. The PC-only requirement applies to making content: HoYoverse says the Stage Editor and Miliastra Sandbox are currently available only on PC.

HoYoverse warns that systems below these minimums may have frame-rate drops, instability, or crashes. These specifications are for the Stage Editor and Miliastra Sandbox, not stated as requirements for playing Wonderland stages. Details are in the HoYoverse Help Center requirements, updated November 11, 2025.
Is Miliastra Wonderland completely free?
The official sources reviewed do not give a separate price for basic Wonderland access. They do document optional digital purchases associated with the system, including Miliastra Pass and private-lobby content. Those purchases are not established as prerequisites for playing published stages, and the sources do not provide current prices or one universal price for all purchases. HoYoverse’s April 2026 update notice covers these additions and purchase availability.
In practical terms, the available information supports treating Wonderland as a feature within Genshin Impact, with a quest gate and optional paid content—not as a separately identified physical release. It does not establish that every mode, feature, or cosmetic is free.

These are different ways to use Miliastra Wonderland. To explore published stages, HoYoverse identifies the quest completion gate and supported Genshin platforms. To build stages, you need a PC that meets the creator-tool specifications. The PC-only editor requirements should not be mistaken for the requirements to play Wonderland generally.
