Delta Force’s verified channel announced the collaboration on September 21, 2025, and said more details would follow. The announcement confirmed the partnership, but it did not establish a lasting schedule.

Is Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater already available?
Yes. Konami announced that METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER became available on August 27, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. It is a standalone remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, originally released for PlayStation 2 in 2004. Konami’s launch announcement describes the game and its release platforms.
Konami also lists features and bonus modes for the standalone game, including the return of GUY SAVAGE Δ, SNAKE VS MONKEY on PS5 and Steam, and SNAKE VS BOMBERMAN on Xbox Series X|S. These are not Delta Force crossover rewards. The available information does not show that buying the Konami game grants Delta Force collaboration content.

What should players do now?
- For the crossover’s status, look for a newer announcement on Delta Force’s official channels rather than relying on the superseded 2025–26 dates.
- If you want to play METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER itself, Konami lists PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. The US PlayStation page lists Standard and Digital Deluxe editions, plus the separately listed Sneaking DLC Pack; check the store for current availability and pricing. PlayStation’s product page covers its PS5 offerings.
- Do not buy the standalone game on the assumption that it unlocks crossover items in Delta Force; no such entitlement is confirmed by the cited game and store information.
