In an August 29, 2025 individual-investor chat, CD PROJEKT said the project remained at a very early stage. Management Board member Michał Nowakowski cautioned: “Such projects typically take a long time, so do not expect any imminent updates on this topic.” That statement describes the company’s position at the time; it does not establish the project’s status after August 2025. Who is attached, and when could it come out?
The confirmed 2023 announcement names Anonymous Content as CD PROJEKT RED’s development collaborator. The primary sources cited here do not confirm a director, writer, cast, filming schedule, or release date. They also do not verify a new 2026 studio or production-partner attachment. Without a confirmed schedule, there is no supported date or window to give for when the project might reach theaters.
