Yes. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has an epilogue after the ending credits. Finding all 12 Recovered Memories tied to the Captured Memories quest unlocks an additional scene. Let the credits finish to see the post-credits material.
What happens after the credits?
The first epilogue shows Zelda and Link outside Hyrule Castle. As they look toward it and begin to leave, the spirits of King Rhoam and the four Champions appear from the Sanctum and then disappear. These scene details are described by Zelda Wiki.
How do you unlock the additional scene?
Find all 12 Recovered Memories associated with the Captured Memories main quest. The extra scene shows Zelda telling Link that Vah Ruta has stopped working and discussing a visit to Zora’s Domain and the work of restoring Hyrule, according to Zelda Wiki.
This condition is specifically the 12 memories; it does not require every shrine, every collectible, or 100% completion.

How do you make sure you see the scenes?
Allow the ending credits to finish rather than skipping them. A GameFAQs accepted answer advises letting the credits run to reach the additional material.
Does the game version affect the ending?
Nintendo’s support page lists Ver. 1.9.0 as the latest game update on its page, dated February 17, 2026. Its notes describe Thai-language support for Switch 2 and general fixes, with no ending-scene changes listed: Nintendo support.
