By typing alone, no Pokémon has zero weaknesses on the current standard type chart. The Eelektross family can avoid its type’s only weakness with the Levitate Ability, but that is an Ability-based exception—not a weakness-free type. Matchups can vary by game, so the answer depends on which game’s rules you mean.
Why dual typing does not remove every weakness
For a dual-type Pokémon, the defending modifiers from both types are applied to an incoming move. If one type is weak to that move and the other resists it, the effects cancel out and the move does ordinary damage. If both types are weak to it, the Pokémon takes quadruple damage. The official Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl battle guide explains this calculation with examples.
That is why a type combination can have fewer weaknesses than either type suggests, but no combination on the current standard chart eliminates every weakness. Pure Electric typing, for example, is weak to Ground. The official Pokémon type chart notes that it reflects the latest game and that type affinities may differ between games.
How Eelektross avoids its weakness
Eelektross and its evolutionary family are often cited as Pokémon with no weaknesses. They are pure Electric-type, so Ground is normally their type weakness. Their Levitate Ability negates Ground attacks while it is active, removing that weakness in battle. The distinction matters: the type chart still gives Electric a Ground weakness; Levitate changes the practical result for a Pokémon with that Ability.

Why Ghost/Dark used to be the famous example
Before Generation VI introduced the Fairy type, Ghost/Dark had no weaknesses. Fairy attacks are super effective against Dark, while Ghost is neutral to Fairy, so Ghost/Dark Pokémon such as Sableye and Spiritomb are weak to Fairy under the current chart. They are no longer weakness-free by typing.
Weakness, resistance, and immunity are different
- Weakness: an attack does increased damage because the type matchup is super effective.
- Resistance: an attack does reduced damage.
- Immunity: an attack does no damage under the relevant type or Ability interaction.
An Ability-based immunity can neutralize a particular weakness, as Levitate does for Ground attacks against Eelektross. It does not mean that the Pokémon’s typing has no weaknesses, nor does protection from one attack type make it safe from every other type.

Which answer applies to your game?
For the current standard type chart, the answer to “Does any Pokémon have zero weaknesses by typing?” is no. If you mean a Pokémon that can avoid all type weaknesses in battle, Eelektross is a familiar example because Levitate covers Electric’s Ground weakness. For an older game or a specific battle format, check that game’s chart and rules rather than assuming the latest chart applies.
