They also do not confirm whether it still occurs in the latest version.
What Frontier acknowledged
A Frontier support reply reproduced in a community discussion said: “Our QA team is aware of the issue where flying dinosaurs can sometimes become stuck mid air.” The reply directed players to Frontier’s Issue Tracker. This is a historical acknowledgment, not a current confirmation of the bug’s status.
The discussion reproducing the reply was not retrievable, so the wording should be understood as attributed to Frontier support in that thread rather than as a newly verified support statement.
Do the patch notes say it was fixed?
Not specifically. Frontier’s Update 1.4.4 patch notes, published June 30, 2022, list an additional fix for dinosaurs and species becoming stuck after landscape painting and fence-placement edits. That describes a separate stuck-state scenario; it does not identify flying dinosaurs frozen in mid-air.

Frontier’s indexed Update 1.11.3 notes also mention additional stuck-dinosaur fixes, but the available listing does not explicitly identify the airborne freeze. Those notes are adjacent context, not proof that this specific issue was resolved.
What to do if a flying dinosaur freezes
Report the behavior through Frontier’s Issue Tracker so it can be considered as a bug report. Include concise details that help identify the circumstances:

- UNO Attack Jurassic World Dominion card game adds extra surprise to game play with a dinosaur head-shaped card launcher featuring lights and sounds!
- Load cards into the monster machine, then play like the classic UNO game until…
- …the Attack card comes up: the dinosaur head will come to life with lights and sounds to shoot cards high into the air -could be one card, could be five!
- The anticipation grows as the lights and sounds change over time to help build suspense!
- Players must still yell "UNO!" when they are down to just one card in their hand
- A short video clip showing the dinosaur stuck, if possible.
- Your platform and the game version shown in your installation.
- The species involved and what happened immediately before the freeze, such as transport, release, or an animation.
- Whether the animal remains selectable or appears to be registered in the park.
These specific details are practical reporting suggestions, not a Frontier-confirmed diagnostic checklist. Frontier’s PC support guidance asks players seeking help with launch, crashing, or performance issues to provide supporting documents, screenshots or footage, and details of what happened. That article does not diagnose the flying-dinosaur behavior.
If you contact support, provide the same capture and situational details. Use the general PC troubleshooting guidance only if you are also experiencing a launch, crash, or performance problem; it is not a demonstrated fix for a dinosaur frozen in an in-game state.
