Mysteria Ecclesiae is the third major story expansion for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. At Sedletz Monastery, Henry helps healer Sigismund Albicus investigate a mysterious plague. To begin, speak with Peter of Písek; the expansion becomes available during the second day of the main quest “The Sword and the Quill.”
What Mysteria Ecclesiae includes
The expansion is set at Sedletz Monastery and revolves around a plague investigation. PowerPyx lists 11 quests—six side quests and five tasks—and estimates that completing the expansion takes about 5–8 hours. That is a guide estimate, not an official playtime figure. PowerPyx’s walkthrough lists the content in this order:

According to PLAION support, Mysteria Ecclesiae is included in the Gold Edition. Standard Edition owners can access it by buying the Expansion Pass or purchasing the DLC separately from their platform’s store. The support page does not state current prices.

Meet Peter of Písek
PowerPyx says the DLC opens on the second day of main quest 13, “The Sword and the Quill.” Speak to Peter of Písek to start it. PLAION says he can be found in Suchdol or, if you have completed the main storyline, in Kuttenberg. The expansion remains playable after the main story, so finishing the campaign first does not lock you out.
Side quests that can be missed
PowerPyx flags four quests as missable: Maddening Pain, Our Old Bread, Foreseeing Evil, and The Last Wish. Its walkthrough notes that some opportunities depend on dialogue or timing. When a new conversation option appears, save if practical and speak to the relevant characters promptly rather than assuming the opportunity will remain available.

- Gather the herbs. The herb garden is southeast of the monastery.
- Find the rope and pig skin. The walkthrough places both at the building site south of the chapel entrance.
- Read the recipe. In the southwest library, read the Essential Oil recipe book on a lectern.
- Brew the oil. Use an alchemy station to make the Essential Oil.
- Assemble the mask. Take the materials to the infirmary worktable and craft it there.
