Do not use regsvr32 for this error

regsvr32 registers DLLs that expose registration entry points such as DllRegisterServer. Kitserver’s loader is a game component, not automatically a COM or ActiveX server.

Running this command is therefore not a normal repair:

regsvr32 kload.dll

It will not restore a missing file, repair a mismatched Kitserver attachment, or solve a missing dependency. It may produce another error that obscures the original problem. Use Kitserver’s own setup utility instead.

Driver updates are rarely the direct fix

A graphics driver can affect whether an old PES game starts, but it does not supply kload.dll. Check drivers only after restoring the game and Kitserver relationship.
