- Open the offer on Amazon.com while signed in and confirm the qualifying item and seller.
- Check whether a coupon checkbox or code is required and whether the benefit appears at checkout.
- Read the credit’s issuance date, expiration, excluded products and account restrictions in Amazon’s gift-card information and customer-service terms.
- Price the qualifying purchase without the credit. A delayed promotional balance is not the same as $35 off today.

- Confirm the exact console, condition and seller on the retailer page.
- Separate a temporary price cut from a bundle whose accessories may have an inflated comparison value.
- Add shipping and tax, and check whether stock is limited or the seller changes at checkout.

An aging Apple device may lose value when a newer generation offers longer support. The Switch OLED premium makes less sense for docked-only players, and Amazon credit has little value if you will not use it within its restrictions.
Prefer established sellers when prices are close
