Find the original announcement
A code copied from a video description, chat message or community post is not automatically current or genuine. Locate the announcement on an official Last War channel and preserve the post’s date, wording and any conditions. If the original post has been edited, deleted or cannot be found, treat the code as unverified and ask Player Support rather than relying on a repost.
One community promotion illustrates why this matters: it displayed a validity window from February 9 through February 15. That dated example is not a currently usable code and does not prove that every promotion follows the same schedule. A code discussed today may still be an old promotion whose stated period has ended.

Check the characters methodically
Compare the code in short groups from left to right. Pay attention to characters that look alike in the font used by the announcement, and make sure a punctuation mark from surrounding text was not included. If you use copy and paste, paste into the redemption field itself and inspect the beginning and end for an invisible space. If you type manually, compare the finished entry with the source before submitting.
Do not infer a case policy from a single successful or unsuccessful attempt. The currently available official material does not state whether capitalization is ignored, required or normalized. Keep the original spelling and capitalization unless an official announcement gives a different instruction.

Repeated submissions do not establish why a code failed and can make a support case harder to describe. Once you have checked the source and entry, save the exact message and move to the official support route. If the page does not respond at all, document that separately from a page that loads and rejects the code.
When the official redemption page will not load
A page that cannot be opened is a different problem from a code that is displayed as invalid. Begin again at the official homepage and choose Redeem Code there. This avoids treating a stale or copied destination as the publisher’s current endpoint.
Write down the address you reached, the time and the visible browser or page message. A screenshot should show the failure without revealing login details, authentication codes or other private account data. If the homepage works but the redemption destination does not, tell support that distinction. If the homepage itself is unavailable, report that fact and wait for an official response rather than switching to an unverified third-party form.

The official site’s navigation also includes Player Support and Contact Us. Those labels are the appropriate escalation points when the route is inaccessible. There is no verified public list of portal error meanings to decode from memory.
Questions about servers, regions and eligibility
Players often suspect that a code belongs to another server, country or account type. Such a restriction may appear in the announcement for an individual promotion, but no general Last War policy confirming those limits is established here. Treat each possibility as a question for the specific code.
- Read the original announcement for a named server, region, language, platform or event.
- Check whether it describes a start date, end date, event participation requirement or other qualification.
- Give support the exact wording rather than reporting that the code is “probably region locked.”
- Do not create or move accounts solely to test a theory; the available official information does not say that doing so will make a code valid.

Keep store purchases separate from code troubleshooting
The official store sells virtual Gold Bricks and in-game packs. Its purchase instructions tell customers to check that the signed-in UID matches the game character they intend to recharge, and state that Gold Bricks cannot be transferred to another UID.
That warning applies to a purchase. It is not evidence that a UID mismatch causes a promotional code to fail, and buying Gold Bricks or a pack is not a substantiated fix for a rejected code. If your issue concerns a store transaction, verify the UID before paying and raise the transaction through the store’s official support path. If your issue concerns a code, describe it as a code-redemption problem to Last War support.

Conflicting claims about whether Last War has codes
A community thread reproduces a purported support reply saying that the game has no code system. The thread does not authenticate that reply or establish when it was written. It also conflicts with the current official website, which visibly lists Redeem Code.
Use the current official navigation as the stronger evidence. A community post can point you toward a promotion, but it cannot by itself verify that a code remains active, that a link is safe or that a quoted support message is current. Do not present the reproduced reply as official policy. Navigate from lastwar.com and let support resolve any account-specific contradiction.
What to send Player Support
A concise, evidence-based request gives support enough context without exposing sensitive information. Send it through the official Player Support route or to [email protected].
- The code exactly as published, preferably copied from the official announcement.
- The URL or name of the official channel where you found it, plus the announcement date.
- The date and time of your attempt, including your time zone if relevant.
- The exact rejection text or a description that the official page failed to load.
- A screenshot of the error with passwords, authentication codes, payment details and other private data hidden.
- The game account or character information support requests through its secure channel, but never a password or secret login code.
Explain whether the page loaded and rejected the code or whether you could not reach the redemption route. That single distinction prevents support from investigating the wrong problem. Do not post account identifiers publicly in a forum or comment while asking for help.

The page loads but no code field is visible
Return to the official homepage and choose the current Redeem Code navigation item again. Because the live destination could not be inspected, there is no verified field layout or alternate form to recommend. Record what you see and report the missing or unusable route through support.
The link from a post opens a suspicious page
Close it without entering credentials. Open the official homepage directly and use its navigation. A community-shared link is not proof that the destination belongs to Last War, even if the post includes a real-looking code.
The promotion’s dates have passed
Do not keep testing the code or republish it as active. The February 9–15 example demonstrates promotion-specific timing only. Find a newer official announcement or ask support whether the promotion was extended; do not assume that an old code can be revived.
