These are LEGO’s published specifications for the console replica, not a footprint for every possible display arrangement. LEGO’s product announcement and official product page identify the count, dimensions and features.
How much shelf or desk space should you allow?
For the console model alone, use 26 cm wide by 19 cm deep as the starting footprint, and make sure the shelf or desk also has more than 6 cm of vertical clearance. Leave some additional room around the model if you want space to access its buttons or position the controller.
The set includes two removable game-inspired dioramas. LEGO does not publish a combined footprint for displaying those scenes beside the console, so the console dimensions cannot tell you exactly how much extra width or depth that arrangement will need. Plan the scene positions after building rather than treating the console’s 26 × 19 cm measurements as the total display area.

Gran Turismo scene
One removable diorama is inspired by Gran Turismo, released in 1997. It includes mini cars.
Ape Escape scene
The other is inspired by Ape Escape, released in 1999, and includes a red or blue monkey-helmet detail. LEGO says the dioramas can be removed and displayed separately from the console.
