The strongest match for reports of players stuck on a loading screen is LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, but the available escalation evidence is historical: a player post from April 2022 reproduced a WB Games Customer Support reply about an Episode VII progression issue. It does not confirm a current, game-wide loading-screen incident or a universal fix.
Which LEGO Star Wars game is this about?
The evidence points most strongly to LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. However, “stuck on loading screen” can describe different games and different moments, and the report wording alone does not identify the installment, platform, game version, or exact point where loading stops. Confirm those details before treating another player’s report as the same problem.

What was escalated, and when?
On April 20, 2022, a Reddit post reproduced a response attributed to WB Games Customer Support about a progression issue in Episode VII, The Force Awakens. The response said “the game team had been made aware and is investigating this issue.” The post also said support had not offered a workaround at that time. This is a player’s reproduction of support correspondence, not a current official incident bulletin: April 2022 player post.
That historical reply does not establish that the same issue is being investigated now, that every loading-screen report concerns the Episode VII progression problem, or that a general fix was released. The available sources do not identify a current official notice specifying the cause, affected platforms or builds, or a verified fix.

Why reports may not describe the same problem
Players use phrases such as “infinite loading screen,” “loading blue bar stays on,” and “stuck in an infinite warp.” Those descriptions may refer to distinct points in the game rather than one confirmed defect. When comparing reports, note the installment, platform or storefront, game version, and whether the stall happens before the main menu, while loading a save or level, or during a story transition. Also record whether restarting changes what happens. Anecdotal posts do not establish how widespread a problem is or prove a shared cause.
What to do if the game still will not load
- Identify the exact hang. Note whether the game fails before the main menu, during a save or level load, or after a story sequence. Include the episode or level if you know it.
- Record your setup. Include the game installment, platform or storefront, and game version. Describe whether you can reproduce the stall after restarting.
- Contact the official game support route. Use the LEGO Games Support category, maintained by LEGO Games Support/WB Games, and include the details above. The support listing for The Skywalker Saga is also available through Steam technical support discussions; it is not a substitute for an official status notice.
Do not apply fixes from a different LEGO Star Wars game
Official Star Wars Support has PC troubleshooting guidance for black screens and lockups in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, including ending a nonresponsive task and restarting the computer. Those instructions are specific to that older game and are not verified remedies for The Skywalker Saga. Check that a troubleshooting guide names your exact installment and platform before following it: PC performance issues in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
