There is no single Liberty Falls vault code in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Find three two-digit fragments during your current match—in Savings and Loan, Olly’s Comics, and Fuller’s Liberty Lanes—then enter them in that order at the bank vault.
Where is the Liberty Falls vault?
The vault is inside the Savings and Loan bank. Its combination is built from three two-digit notes found around the map; the digits change each match, so a code from another run will not reliably work. GameSpot’s guide describes the fragments and sequence.
Where to find the three code fragments

Savings and Loan: first fragment
Look on the counter or desk just outside the vault room. This is the first two-digit number in the sequence.

Olly’s Comics: second fragment
Go behind or into the central counter and crouch to inspect underneath it. The note may be tucked inside a shelf. This is the second fragment.

Fuller’s Liberty Lanes: third fragment
Check the concession or snack-bar counter. A bucket conceals the note; shoot or melee the bucket to uncover the final two-digit number.
How to enter the code and use the vault

Read the notes in the current match and keep their order: Savings and Loan, Olly’s Comics, then Liberty Lanes.

Enter the three fragments in that same order at the vault in Savings and Loan. Together they make a six-digit combination. The location order is corroborated by Call of Duty: Zombies Guides and Prima Games.

Once inside, use Loot Keys to open deposit boxes. Opening the vault and opening its boxes are separate steps: the code grants entry, while a key is needed for a box. GameSpot reports that Manglers and Abominations often drop keys.

How long do you have inside?
GameSpot and Prima Games report a 40-second protected window in the vault. Prima Games also reports a cooldown before re-entry. Treat the visit as timed: have your keys ready and prioritize the deposit boxes you want to open. These timing details are reported by gameplay guides, rather than an official developer statement.
