Little Nightmares III launched on October 10, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, according to Bandai Namco’s release Q&A. The publisher’s official game page lists it as available now: Little Nightmares III.

The launch date did not mean every store unlocked the game at midnight in the same time zone. Bandai Namco Europe’s global release timings notice, published October 8, 2025, lists local times separately for “Cons + WIN PC” and Steam.

The listed cities are the publisher’s schedule entries, not a universal time-zone conversion for every country or storefront. The notice does not establish a precise unlock time for unlisted locations, stores, or platforms.
Why the time differed between Steam and consoles
Bandai Namco provided two schedule columns rather than one global unlock: “Cons + WIN PC” and Steam. In several Americas and UK entries, the Steam time appears earlier on the local clock than the console/Windows PC time. For example, in Los Angeles the schedule says 15:00 on Steam and 21:00 for consoles and Windows PC on Thursday, October 9; in London it gives 23:00 on Steam Thursday and 00:00 for consoles and Windows PC Friday. Check the applicable platform column instead of assuming a single worldwide countdown.

Platforms, co-op, and editions
Bandai Namco identifies Supermassive Games as developer and Bandai Namco as publisher. Its official game page describes solo play with an AI companion or online co-op on the same platform, and identifies Low’s bow and Alone’s wrench as their signature items. The publisher’s June 2025 Q&A says Friend’s Pass lets one copy be used to play with a friend. It also states that cross-platform play between different manufacturers was not supported. The Q&A’s discussion of possible Switch and Switch 2 support was framed as under consideration at that time, not as a current promise.
The same Q&A describes Standard and Deluxe editions, with the Deluxe Edition including the Secrets of the Spiral Expansion Pass and costume packs, as well as collector editions. The retail Mirror Edition was described as including a figurine, metal case, physical artbook, physical and digital soundtrack, stickers, and display packaging. Those descriptions establish what the publisher said the editions included; they do not confirm current retailer stock or prices.
