They gave new and returning players a guided route from item level 1540 toward Tier 4, with accelerated honing, learning activities and rewards. Players could create up to six characters on an Ignite server, but only one could transfer to a regular server. Transfers opened during maintenance on October 30, 2024, after a one-week delay.
What were Lost Ark’s Ignite servers?
Amazon Games announced one Ignite server per region, each with an isolated matchmaking pool. The event was designed to teach players key systems, character-building and raid skills in a separate environment, including through Solo Raids and group raids. Characters started at Voldis with item level 1540 gear and combat level 60, with accelerated progression toward the Tier 4 endgame. Amazon’s October 4, 2024 overview described the servers as a way to learn the game and challenge content alongside other recruits.
The event was scheduled to run from October 9 through November 27, 2024. Those dates are historical; the cited event is over and does not indicate that Ignite servers are currently available. Amazon’s event learning page
How did progression and honing work?
The event combined tailored guide and event missions with a rewards shop, card support, Akkan gear selection chests, elixirs, transcendence materials, honing materials and higher-level gems. Players could tackle Normal or Solo versions of Brelshaza, Akkan, Thaemine, Kayangel and Ivory Tower, according to the official overview.

Amazon’s announced honing design split boosts into two item-level ranges. The figures below describe the 2024 event plan; the overview warned that values could change with final balance and tuning, so they should not be treated as current honing advice.

How many characters could transfer?
Players could create up to six characters on an Ignite server, but only one character was eligible to transfer to a regular, or Legacy, server. The transfer gift depended on the character’s achieved item level. At the item-level-1600 tier, Amazon listed 5,000 bound gold, 10,000,000 silver, processed Chaos Stones, a legendary elixir support chest, legendary engraving recipe selection chests, ancient accessory selection chests, relic ability stone chests and honing material chests. The tier’s reward list also appears in Amazon’s merge-policy details.

When did transfers open, and why were they delayed?
Amazon first moved the planned transfer timing back by one week, to October 30, 2024. In its Aegir release notes, the company cited interruptions to teaching and progression systems and said the new timing would align transfers with Mokoko Bootcamp. The notes also discussed compensation for players affected by a Transcendence issue and continued work on a Stronghold reward exploit. Aegir release notes

What happened with the Stronghold reward issue?
On October 21, Amazon reported that around 2,300 players had received reward chests because of the Ignite Stronghold issue; more than 1,200 of those players had not opened any. The company described penalties based on how many chests had been opened and said Ignite reward chests would become usable again after the October 23 maintenance. These figures describe the reported incident, not the total number of event participants. Amazon’s Stronghold update
