What does the Man of Honor expansion add?
Released in August 2026, Man of Honor adds two story chapters set in Sicily during winter 1905. Enzo and Cesare are assigned to assist Ennio Salieri, whom 2K describes as recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his. The story takes Enzo further into the Valle Dorata underworld. The expansion is available on the same platforms listed for the base game and requires that game. 2K’s expansion announcement details its contents.
Free Ride activities and rewards
The expansion also adds Free Ride challenges and jobs from Salieri, including races and combat and stealth encounters. Players earn Dinari through story and Free Ride activities, then spend it on added outfits, vehicles, horses, weapons, and Charms. 2K says players who have progressed far enough can jump directly into the new story content; otherwise, they can play it as part of the campaign.

The sources cited here do not establish an independent review consensus or hands-on assessment, so this article does not make claims about critical reception or performance.
2K’s 2025 announcements also give conflicting Mafia franchise sales totals: its May gameplay announcement reported 38 million copies sold-in, while its August launch announcement reported more than 35 million. The announcements do not explain or reconcile the difference, so neither figure should be treated here as a definitive total. The launch page’s statement that Hangar 13 has spent 22 years creating Mafia worlds is promotional framing, not a clearly defined measured statistic.
