Wizards of the Coast currently labels it “AVAILABLE NOW”; any preorder you find today would be a retailer-specific offer, such as a restock listing. The right product depends on whether you want packs for play, premium treatments, a ready-to-play Commander deck, or sealed-event supplies.

Choose a Play Booster box for play and pack volume
A Play Booster box contains 30 packs, with 14 Magic cards in each pack. It is the straightforward option if you want multiple packs to open or intend to use them for Limited play. A box provides more packs than a Bundle, while the Bundle trades some pack volume for accessories, lands, and a promo.
Choose Collector Boosters for premium treatments—not guaranteed value
Collector Boosters emphasize foils, special treatments, and premium collectibles. A box contains 12 packs. Wizards also described 500 serialized Mox Jasper cards, available exclusively in Collector Boosters; the non-serialized version is mechanically identical. That print/run detail is not an opening-odds estimate, and the available product information establishes no expected financial return or guaranteed valuable pull.

Choose a Commander deck if you want a playable deck
Each of the five clan-themed Commander decks is a ready-to-play 100-card deck and includes a Collector Booster Sample Pack. This is the most direct choice when you want a complete Commander starting point rather than assembling a deck from loose packs. Compare the clan versions by the color identity and play style you prefer; the product descriptions establish the deck format and contents, not a universally strongest version.
Choose a Bundle for packs plus accessories
The Bundle includes nine Play Boosters, a traditional foil alternate-art promo, 30 basic lands, two reference cards, a spindown die, and a storage box. It suits someone who wants a modest pack-opening experience along with useful tabletop accessories. If pack count is the priority, compare it with a Play Booster box rather than assuming the Bundle is the better value.

- Includes: 14 Magic: The Gathering cards
- Each Play Booster may contain: TDM 1286, 292398; SPG 104113
- Rarity: Rare or higher (26% chance of 2, 2% chance of 3, <1% chance of 4)

Choose a Prerelease Pack for sealed play
Each of the five clan-themed Prerelease Packs includes five Play Boosters, a clan-themed Prerelease Booster, a stamped foil rare or mythic rare, a deck box, and a spindown die. These packs were designed around the set’s sealed-event experience; they are not the same thing as a full booster box or a ready-to-play Commander deck.

Where to look for listings
Wizards’ product page includes purchase destinations such as Amazon and TCGplayer, and local game stores were also named as retail routes when the set was announced. Because the set has already released, those references do not establish present-day stock or pricing. Confirm the exact product, seller, condition, shipping terms, and availability on the listing before buying.
Release timeline
Wizards scheduled prerelease events for April 4–10, 2025, followed by the worldwide tabletop release on April 11, 2025. The official product page now marks the set “AVAILABLE NOW,” so original preorder advice is historical unless a seller has posted a specific current restock preorder.
