The official Marvel Rivals character profile labels Gambit a “STRATEGIST.” It describes Remy LeBeau’s mutant ability to charge objects with explosive kinetic energy, alongside the thieving skills that made him notorious. In play, that dual identity is reflected in his kinetic cards: they can hurt enemies or restore allies.

When should you switch between Healing Hearts and Breaking Spades?
Switch according to the need in front of you: Healing Hearts is the support-oriented choice when allies need healing or purification, while Breaking Spades emphasizes damage and disruption. These are complementary tools, not evidence of a universally best deck. The official ability descriptions establish what each deck does, but do not establish an ideal rotation or matchup-specific rule.

What does Gambit’s ultimate do?
Ragin’ Royal Flush targets an ally within sight. The official profile says it provides healing and Purify, improves movement and jump, enhances attacks, and increases that ally’s ultimate-charge acceleration. It also benefits Gambit. Because the ultimate is ally-targeted, its value depends on choosing a teammate who can make use of the temporary boost.

Marvel Rivals / NetEase published two Gambit-related balance updates in 2026. These dated values are more useful than treating an older character-profile number as permanently current.

These figures describe the changes in those posts; later balance updates could alter them. The official profile also lists more than one health value, so it is not a sound basis for stating one current health total without a newer direct confirmation.
Which Gambit team-up should you use?
The official profile identifies two partner-dependent team-ups: Favorable Odds with Magneto and Sparkling Staff with Jubilee. The right option depends first on which partner is available, then on whether the team needs area healing or a change to Gambit’s close-range abilities.
