The published information confirms cross-play, but it does not establish cross-progression, shared purchases, or save transfer between PS5 and PC. Do not assume those features are included simply because matchmaking is cross-platform.

What online modes and social features are included?

The PlayStation product page describes an online lobby that supports up to 64 players. The FAQ also says you can choose lobbies across regions, subject to each lobby’s capacity.
Cross-play means a PS5 player can match with a PC player, but the available information does not promise identical performance across hardware or a universal matchmaking pool for every mode. Connection quality, region selection and lobby population can affect the experience.

What can you play offline?

Arcadia Rumble is also playable offline, although it has optional online features. Offline availability does not remove platform ownership requirements. You still need the game installed on PS5 or PC, and PC players should use the store account associated with their purchase.

This is the launch lineup stated by the FAQ. It does not, by itself, confirm how many additional characters may arrive after launch or whether future fighters are included in a particular edition.
How does the four-character team system work?
You select four characters for a team, but a match does not begin with all four immediately available. Only your first two selected characters can be used at the start. The remaining two become available after you meet the game’s unlock conditions.
Triggering a break
A qualifying attack or throw can trigger a break. The FAQ also identifies a successful light-route Link Attack near the edge as a way to produce the required break or stage transition. When the break/stage transition occurs, the rest of your selected team becomes accessible.

Losing a round
If you lose a round, the game also unlocks access to the rest of your four-character team. This gives players a guaranteed route to their later selections without requiring them to force an edge-based Link Attack.

What this means when building a team
Your first two picks are the characters you can rely on immediately, so place the fighters you want for the opening phase there. The third and fourth picks are still strategic, but their arrival is tied to the break or round-loss conditions rather than being available from the opening exchange. The FAQ does not publish a complete frame-data, damage or balance explanation for this system, so it would be unsafe to infer competitive rankings from the roster order alone.

The FAQ names a PlayStation account as the PC online requirement. It does not say that a PlayStation Plus subscription is needed on PC.
What PC hardware is required?
The official requirements list Windows 11 for both minimum and recommended configurations. Both configurations require 16 GB of RAM.

These are the published targets, not a guarantee of a particular frame rate or image-quality setting. The FAQ warns that systems below minimum specifications may experience performance, graphics or other technical limitations. If your computer falls below the listed CPU, GPU or operating-system targets, troubleshooting cannot turn it into a supported configuration.
Which accessibility features are listed?
The official FAQ lists text-to-speech for all 17 supported languages. It also lists support for the PS5 Access Controller. The language count describes the FAQ’s supported-language total; it does not specify that every language has identical voice, subtitle or interface coverage, so check the in-game language menu for the exact options on your platform.

The prices are the figures published by the official FAQ in U.S. dollars. They are recommended retail or listed prices, not a promise of the amount charged in every country, and both prices and package contents can change. Taxes, currency conversion and local storefront pricing may alter the checkout total.
A physical PS5 Standard Edition is confirmed. The same FAQ confirms that Digital Deluxe and Ultimate upgrades can be purchased through PlayStation Store. It does not establish a physical Deluxe or Ultimate disc edition.
How should you choose between PS5 and PC?
Choose PS5 if
- You want a console setup with a physical Standard Edition option.
- You already use a PS5-compatible arcade stick or leverless controller.
- You are prepared to maintain PlayStation Plus for online play.
Choose PC if
- Your computer meets or exceeds the Windows 11 and GPU requirements.
- You prefer Steam or Epic Games Store distribution.
- You want online play without the PS5-specific PlayStation Plus requirement, while still using a PlayStation account.
Either platform can play with the other through confirmed PS5-PC cross-play. The choice therefore comes down mainly to hardware, storefront, controller setup and subscription preference rather than a separate roster or mode set.

Common questions and troubleshooting
Why can I only use two of my four selected characters?
That is the intended team mechanic at match start. Your first two selections are available immediately. Trigger a qualifying break or stage transition, including the listed edge-based light-route Link Attack, or lose a round to unlock the remaining two.
Can I play the story without going online?
Yes. Episode Mode is listed as offline content. Local Versus, Training Mode, All-Star Arena, Battle Guides and Character Guides are also available offline.
Do I need PlayStation Plus on PC?
The published PC requirement is an internet connection and a PlayStation account. PlayStation Plus is specifically listed for PS5 online play, not PC.
Can PS5 and PC players match together?

What if my PC is below the minimum specification?
