It launched on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with Nixxes Software handling PC development and optimization in collaboration with Insomniac Games, PlayStation, and Marvel Games.
When did Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 come to PC?
PlayStation announced the PC version on October 18, 2024, at New York Comic Con, and set its release for January 30, 2025. The game is available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The release date is also confirmed on the Steam listing and PlayStation’s PC support page.

What is included in the PC version?
The PC release includes the game’s previously released post-launch content. PlayStation’s October 2024 announcement said the Standard Edition would include the complete game and PS5 post-launch updates, including New Game+, Ultimate Levels, additional suits and Symbiote Suit Styles, time-of-day options, post-game achievements, Action Figure Mode in Photo Mode, Screen Reader, and Audio Descriptions. It also said no additional story content was planned at that time. The announcement described the Fly N’ Fresh Suit Pack as available on PC at launch at no extra cost.

What PC features does it support?
The Steam listing describes graphics features and input options aimed at a range of PC setups. These include ray-traced reflections, shadows, and ambient occlusion; NVIDIA DLSS 3 and AMD FSR 3.1 upscaling and frame generation; and Intel XeSS upscaling. Supported ultrawide aspect ratios include 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9. Players can use mouse and keyboard or a DualSense controller. The controller’s full haptics and adaptive-trigger features require a wired USB connection.

PlayStation’s published minimum and recommended specifications target different resolutions, frame rates, and graphics presets. They are official targets, not independent benchmark results.

PlayStation’s support page provides these targets, and Nixxes’ requirements article, updated March 12, 2026, repeats them. Nixxes also specifies that the CPU must support AVX2 and F16C instructions. Check the PlayStation requirements and Nixxes system requirements if you need to confirm a component or instruction-set detail.
