Microsoft Rewards did offer Roblox digital-card rewards in selected markets during 2024, but it was never a universal, permanent “Robux card.” Availability, denominations, and point costs depend on your country, account, and the live Rewards catalog. If the reward appears for you, redeem it through Microsoft Rewards, find the code under Order history, then use it at Roblox.com/redeem.
What was the Microsoft Rewards Roblox card?
Microsoft Rewards points could be exchanged for a Roblox-related digital reward. Microsoft’s official promotion describes earning a Roblox digital card, and Microsoft has listed a product called Roblox Digital Card in its Rewards catalog.
“Robux card” is informal shorthand. The actual reward may be a Roblox gift-card code or redemption link, and the result can vary:
- Roblox gift-card code: Microsoft provides a code or link after processing your order.
- Roblox Credit: The code adds spendable credit to your Roblox account, which can then be used to buy Robux or other eligible Roblox services.
- Direct Robux: Some Roblox-branded cards or promotions may add Robux directly.
Roblox distinguishes between cards that grant Robux and cards that load Roblox Credit. Do not assume that every Microsoft Rewards listing works the same way or provides a fixed number of Robux. Check the exact description shown in your account. See Roblox’s gift-card terms.

Was it available in 2024?
In 2024, Microsoft Rewards users in selected markets could encounter Roblox digital-card rewards. That does not mean every country, account, or month had the same offer. Microsoft can change its catalog, denominations, and point costs, and a reward visible in 2024 may no longer appear.
The safest current test is your own live catalog:
- Open the Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
- Sign in to the Microsoft account that holds your points.
- Select Redeem.
- Search for Roblox or Roblox Digital Card.
If no Roblox listing appears, it may be unavailable in your market, temporarily out of stock, removed, or unavailable to that particular account. Microsoft does not provide a guaranteed restock schedule.
How much did the Roblox card cost?
There is no single point price that can safely be applied to every 2024 user. The cost depends on the market, denomination, account, and date. Use the price displayed beside the specific offer in your Rewards account rather than relying on an old article or screenshot.
Do not assume that a historical price, such as a particular number of points for a particular Robux amount, remains valid. Microsoft’s current catalog does not establish one universal 2024 price for all users.

What you need before redeeming
- A Microsoft account with Rewards available in its region.
- Enough points for the specific Roblox offer displayed in your account.
- A Roblox account.
- A web browser and internet connection.
- Access to the Microsoft account’s Order history and primary email.
- A supported mobile or landline number if Microsoft requests verification. VoIP numbers are not accepted for Rewards redemption.
- The correct Roblox account selected before entering the code.
Age and consent requirements can apply under Microsoft account settings, Roblox’s terms, and local law. Roblox’s U.S. gift-card terms require users to be over 18 or have parent or guardian consent. Children should involve a parent or guardian rather than attempting to bypass verification or parental controls.
How to redeem Microsoft Rewards points for the Roblox card
- Go to rewards.microsoft.com and sign in.
- Open Redeem.
- Find Roblox, Roblox Digital Card, or the available Roblox denomination.
- Review the displayed point cost, value, and redemption conditions.
- Select Redeem or the equivalent purchase button.
- Complete Microsoft’s requested verification.
Microsoft may request SMS or phone verification using a mobile or landline number. In qualifying browser-based flows, it may also offer QR-code verification through the Bing app. QR verification is not available in every region or every redemption flow.
Redeem only from the region where your Microsoft account is registered. Do not use a VPN, proxy, or location-changing service to reveal another country’s catalog. Microsoft warns that region mismatches and VPN or proxy activity can lead to cancellation.
Where to find the Roblox code
The code may not be shown permanently on the original checkout screen, and email delivery is not the only way to retrieve it.

- Return to the Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
- Select Redeem.
- Open Order history.
- Find the Roblox order.
- Select Order Details.
- Copy the code or open the supplied redemption link.
- If needed, select Resend to send another confirmation email.
Possible order statuses include:
- Processing: The code has not been released yet. Do not submit the same redemption repeatedly.
- Completed: Open Order Details to retrieve the code or link.
- Cancelled: The order may have failed because of region activity, VPN or proxy use, phone verification problems, or unavailable stock.
- Unavailable: The reward is not currently redeemable.

How to redeem the code on Roblox
- Open a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
- Go to Roblox.com/redeem.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the value.
- Enter the code from Microsoft Rewards.
- Select Redeem.
- Wait for the confirmation message, then refresh or navigate to another Roblox page.
Roblox’s standard mobile app and consoles generally do not support gift-card redemption. A phone’s browser is fine; the important distinction is browser versus app. Samsung Galaxy users may have a documented in-app redemption tile, but the browser method is the broadly applicable option.
Check the username carefully before redeeming. Codes generally cannot be transferred or refunded after they are applied. Never enter the code into a “free Robux” generator or unofficial website, and never send the code to someone claiming they need it to activate the reward.
How to turn the reward into Robux
If the card grants Robux directly
Refresh Roblox or move to another page and check the Robux balance on the intended account. If it does not update, sign out and back in. Do not promise a fixed Robux quantity unless the Microsoft listing you redeemed explicitly states one; Roblox values and pricing can change.

If the card adds Roblox Credit
- Open Roblox in a browser.
- Check the gift-card or billing area for the available Roblox Credit.
- Select Get Robux or open the Robux purchase page.
- Choose a Robux package that the credit can cover.
Roblox Credit is generally viewed and used through a browser, not inside the standard Roblox mobile app. If the credit does not cover the entire purchase, Roblox generally does not allow you to combine part of that credit with another payment method for one transaction. Choose a package the available credit can pay for in full.

Microsoft says a phone number may be limited to six Microsoft Rewards accounts per household, and repeated failed verification attempts may require a 48-hour wait. If a completed order still has no usable code, use Microsoft Rewards support. For a code that Roblox rejects, contact Roblox support after checking the account, code characters, and redemption status.

The legitimate redemption path uses only:
- The Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
- Microsoft Rewards Order history and Order Details.
- Roblox.com/redeem.
- Official Microsoft and Roblox support pages.
Avoid code generators, social-media sellers, unofficial marketplaces, requests to disclose your code, and websites promising free Robux. VPN-based catalog manipulation can also cause Microsoft to cancel an order or restrict redemption.
Important regional distinction
Microsoft Rewards redemption is region-specific: the offer must be available to your account in its registered market. Roblox separately says eligible Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide, with value converted to the account’s local currency. These are different rules for different steps. Roblox’s worldwide code policy does not let you bypass Microsoft Rewards regional restrictions.

A Microsoft or Xbox gift card is also not automatically a Roblox gift card. Microsoft account balance follows Microsoft’s gift-card terms and should not be described as interchangeable with a Roblox digital card redeemed at Roblox.com.
What if the card is unavailable?
Check the live catalog occasionally, but do not rely on a promised restock date. Microsoft says rewards may be removed or temporarily unavailable and that support cannot provide a restock timetable.
If you need Robux immediately, use Roblox’s official purchase flow or an authorized Roblox gift-card seller. Do not purchase “free Robux” codes from unofficial sources. Also remember that Microsoft Rewards points can expire after 12 months without earning or redemption activity, according to Microsoft’s Rewards guidance.
