Which platforms can you play MindsEye on?

Which edition should you buy?
Digital editions are sold through the platform stores. Physical copies are available for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and MindsEye Support says physical copies are Standard Edition only. The official PlayStation listing offers Standard and Deluxe editions; Deluxe adds exclusive playable content and cosmetic items. What changed in the latest listed update?
As of October 4, 2026, Update 8, dated July 27, 2026, is the newest update article shown in the official news index. Its notes list cross-play multiplayer, Grenade Football, a solo time trial, access on consoles to player-created ARCADIA content, and gameplay, audio, visual, and stability refinements. The notes cover PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, but say multiplayer features were not included in the Epic Games Store build at that time. Who publishes MindsEye?
Build A Rocket Boy is the game’s developer and current self-publisher. The studio announced on March 23, 2026, that its publishing collaboration with IOI Partners ended effective March 16, 2026, and that it had assumed sole publishing responsibility. The same announcement said the planned Hitman crossover mission would not be released. In an April 15, 2026 announcement, the official MindsEye Team stated: “Build A Rocket Boy is now self-publishing MindsEye.” The official news index carries the studio’s publishing and game announcements.
