3. Put the JAR files in the instance’s mods folder

If you use a custom game directory or third-party launcher, use that launcher’s instance-specific folder and installation instructions rather than assuming the default path applies.
4. Launch the matching profile

If the project specifies another loader
Do not use the Fabric procedure for a release that specifies Forge, NeoForge, Quilt, or another loader.
