Capcom’s Japan-market Ultra Collector’s Edition of Monster Hunter Wilds pairs the game and themed collectibles with a Seikret-inspired folding bicycle. Capcom’s e-Capcom listing displayed a price of ¥181,590 including tax; GameSpot reported that as approximately $1,260 on September 25, 2024. The headline’s $1,300 is a rounded historical conversion, not an official U.S. price.
What comes in the Monster Hunter Wilds bicycle collector’s edition?
Capcom’s Ultra Collector’s Edition combines the game and four physical collectibles with the bicycle:
- Monster Hunter Wilds game software
- A Seikret weapon-bag-style pouch
- A Baby Seikret plush
- An Arksveld-design steelbook
- A Seikret-themed folding bicycle
Capcom offered PS5 and Steam variants, with configurations that included the game, bicycle and goods, as well as goods-only options. Check the selected product variant rather than assuming every listing includes the game or the same digital edition. Capcom’s official feature page says its Xbox Series X|S product range did not include an Ultra Collector’s Edition or standalone software item.
Capcom’s official product feature page describes the edition and its components. GameSpot’s September 25, 2024 report on the bike edition also lists the PS5 game, steelbook, pouch, plush and themed bicycle.

- Wild New Adventure – Monster Hunter Wilds follows the story of a special Research Commission investigating the Forbidden Lands. Fully voiced for the first time in the series, the hunter is joined in their journey by a colorful cast of characters, including a Palico partner, Guild-appointed Handler Alma, trusty smithy Gemma, and the mysterious child Nata. Together, the team ventures into an unexplored new frontier where surprises await around every corner.
- A Living World – The Forbidden Lands spans multiple biomes with dynamic identities, such as the Windward Plains and Scarlet Forest, where the ecosystems shift between vibrant seasons brimming with life, and unforgiving climates where monsters fight over limited resources. Changes in the landscape will impact the creatures that live there and push hunters to adapt as well.
- New Monsters and Wildlife – Monster Hunter Wilds features a variety of new creatures, ranging from herds of small species to large monsters – some of which roam the Forbidden Lands in packs. Every creature hunters encounter in the wild has carved out a special place in its habitat and possesses unique attacks and behaviors.
- Evolved Hunting Action – The series’ acclaimed action-packed gameplay is back and more exciting than ever! Hunters can look forward to tracking down monsters with an array of new moves, special abilities, equipment, and more. The action also now flows seamlessly from cutscenes to gameplay, resulting in a new level of immersion.
- Crossplay Multiplayer – Alongside the option to enjoy the story of Monster Hunter Wilds solo, hunters can join up to three other players across any platform to explore the world together and take on the game’s challenges as a hunting party or receive aid from notable story characters as Support Hunter NPCs.
How much did it cost, and what does “$1,300” mean?
The Capcom e-Capcom product page displayed ¥181,590 including tax for the Ultra Collector’s Edition when accessed on October 8, 2026. GameSpot converted that yen price to approximately $1,260 in its September 25, 2024 report. Exchange rates change, so that dated conversion is not a current equivalent, a U.S. suggested retail price or evidence that the Japanese bundle was sold in the United States.
Capcom’s separate PS5 Collector’s Edition page displayed ¥17,690 including tax when accessed on October 8, 2026. That is a different, non-bicycle product page; it showed out of stock at that time. The status of that listing does not establish the Ultra Collector’s Edition’s present availability.

When was it supposed to ship?
Capcom’s original schedule said the game and other goods were due for the game’s February 28, 2025 launch, while the bicycle would be sent separately and was expected between April and June 2025. Those were the announced delivery windows, not confirmation that every order shipped on time. Capcom announced the February 28, 2025 release date in its release-date announcement.

Make sure the listing is for the Ultra Collector’s Edition and identify whether it is the PS5 or Steam variant, whether the bike is included, and which game or bonus content comes with that particular configuration. A bundle of goods without the game is not the same package, and the standard Collector’s Edition is not the bicycle edition.

For a used PS5 Collector’s Edition, Capcom’s product listing says the printed one-time code for Guild Knight layered armor and the Hope Charm expired on February 27, 2026. A code may also have been redeemed already. That expiration affects the bonus code, not whether the physical game disc can be used.
Capcom’s Japanese product pages establish the listed price and edition details, but they do not establish present stock or U.S. availability for the bicycle bundle. Confirm the seller, region, exact contents and shipping terms before relying on any current marketplace listing.
