What cosmetics and seasonal content were announced?
Free outfit and gesture DLC versus paid Cosmetic DLC Pack 1
Capcom said Alma’s outfit and classic series gestures would be available as free DLC. Alma’s outfit can be changed through the camp’s Appearance Menu; certain side missions allow players to change her glasses. Cosmetic DLC Pack 1, by contrast, was paid content, available through the Cosmetic DLC Pass or separately. The Pass was included with the Premium Deluxe Edition. Cosmetic DLC is separate from the free Title Update 1 features and is not required to access them. Capcom’s announcement distinguishes the free DLC from the paid pack.

Festival of Accord: Blossomdance dates differed between announcements
The March 25 announcement initially scheduled Festival of Accord: Blossomdance for April 23 through May 7, 2025. A later Capcom USA-authored Xbox Wire post described it as running April 22 through May 6 and noted that schedules could change. The dates therefore differ by source; the later post gives the revised event window. The seasonal Grand Hub decor and food were to be joined by limited equipment, gestures, and pop-up camp decorations.
What else was happening with Monster Hunter Wilds at the time?
In a separate March 31, 2025 press release, Capcom said worldwide sales of Monster Hunter Wilds had surpassed 10 million units. The same release states that the game launched on February 28, 2025; the 10-million figure is Capcom’s report as of March 31, not a current sales total. Capcom’s investor-relations release provides the dated figure.
