What is the first PS Plus Extra game for October 2026?
The first title reported for the month is Mycopunk, a mission-based looter shooter developed by Pigeons at Play. Push Square reported that Sony announced the game’s PS Plus Extra inclusion during its September State of Play livestream. This is a first reveal, not the complete October catalog. The announcement happened during a broadcast, so “quietly revealed” should not be taken to mean Sony disclosed the game privately or outside a presentation.
What kind of game is Mycopunk?
Mycopunk is described as a mission-based looter shooter for up to four players. Its premise follows a crew of robot rejects hired as exterminators to investigate a planet-wide fungal catastrophe. When will Sony reveal the rest of October’s PS Plus Extra games?
