What to know before buying
Single-player, with offline play
The official launch announcement describes the mobile game as one-player-only. You can play offline, but you need an internet connection for the initial game-data download. Internet is also required for backup or transfer, and the mobile release does not include online communication battles. Bandai Namco’s September 24, 2024 announcement sets out these conditions.

iPhone and iPad compatibility

The launch announcement calls it a 3D battle-action game and notes that cumulative sales of the wider series had exceeded 20 million copies at the time. That figure refers to the series, not sales of this mobile app. The official material cited here does not establish that one mobile platform performs better than the other, so choose based on your device’s compatibility and regional store listing.
