Winter Convergence does not have one fixed annual end date. The latest exact end schedule established by the official sources here is for the 2023–24 festival: it ran through January 9, 2024, and the closing update began at 11:00 p.m. PT that day (7:00 a.m. UTC). A confirmed 2024–25 end time or 2026 schedule is not established by the available official announcements.
When did the 2023–24 Winter Convergence end?
Amazon Games announced that the 2023 festival ran from December 12, 2023, through January 9, 2024. Its January 9 update then stated that the festival had closed. Scheduled downtime began at 11:00 p.m. PT on January 9 (7:00 a.m. UTC on January 9) and was expected to last about one hour. Why the date depends on the year
Past seasons had different date ranges, so a previous year’s schedule should not be treated as a standing annual deadline.

Is there a confirmed end time for 2024–25 or 2026?
The official releases index references Winter Convergence in a January 2025 update but does not give an exact 2024–25 festival end date or time. It therefore cannot verify claims that the event was extended to January 20, 2025. The official material available here also does not establish a 2026 schedule. Check a dated event announcement or closing update from Amazon Games for the relevant season rather than inferring a deadline from prior years. See the official New World news and releases index.

If you are playing during an announced season, use its official end date as the deadline for event activities and event-shop spending. The 2023 event announcement described Winter Tokens, village activities, Gleamite, and rewards; it does not make those details a reliable schedule for later seasons. When a closing update includes server downtime, allow for the stated maintenance window rather than assuming the event remains accessible until a different local clock time.
