What’s included in the NieR:Automata Collection?
The collection adds outfits and other themed items to Dead by Daylight. Its two headline looks are Legendary Outfits, which pair NieR:Automata characters with existing Survivors:

Behaviour says the 2B and A2 Legendary Outfits include unique music, voice lines, HUD icons, menu idle animations, and more. The collection also features Pod 042 and Legendary portraits of 2B and A2. Behaviour Interactive’s announcement uses the official name “NieR:Automata Collection.”
Is 2B a playable character in Dead by Daylight?
No. 2B is an outfit for Feng Min, just as A2 is an outfit for Yui Kimura. The announcement describes cosmetics for existing characters; it does not announce 2B or A2 as independently playable Survivors. The Emil-inspired look is an outfit for The Legion.

When is the collection available?
Behaviour Interactive lists October 6, 2026, as the collection’s availability date. The announcement does not establish a separate date by platform or region.

This is content within Dead by Daylight, not a standalone release. Behaviour’s purchase page says the base game is required to play DLC characters. The announcement does not specify a price or confirm a particular storefront listing for the collection.
