Demo progress and multiplayer
Demo save data transfers automatically when you launch the full game if the save is on the same device and you use the same PSN or Steam account. An active network connection is required. The demo supports online multiplayer for up to three players, but multiplayer requires the relevant platform online-service subscription. On Steam, the demo and full release cannot connect to each other for multiplayer.
The demo reward deadline has passed
The Twin-Snake Helmet bonus required completing the demo by February 15, 2026, so that reward window is over. The official demo page says the helmet becomes a rare drop from Jakotsu-baba starting February 16, 2026.
