On Windows, Steam lists a minimum of 4 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 750 Ti; its recommended specification is 16 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 1660. The game’s central challenge is managing work, needs, time and limited resources while trying to improve a character’s circumstances.
What is Nobody – The Turnaround?
It is a simulation and strategy game released on Steam on November 16, 2022. Steam tags it as Early Access. The store description frames the goal as managing time and resources to get through difficult circumstances: “Manage your time and resources carefully, strive to find a way through difficult times, and overcome the predicament you find yourself in.” That wording is from the Steam product description, not a named individual. The developer’s launch-era explanation describes a management-focused life simulator: players work to meet needs such as clothing, food, housing and transportation, and try to improve their situation. Its design also includes a third-person role-playing perspective, a small open-world map, a timeline that triggers events, and mini-games tied to work and entertainment. The studio says time compression and emotional changes are deliberately heightened; these are design aims, not claims of realistic life simulation. What do you do in the game?
The core loop, as described by the developer, is to balance the character’s needs against work, time and available resources. Choices and events unfold within that structure. The three modes described in the studio’s launch announcement differ in time pressure, character constraints and how much freedom players have to shape a life:

Can your Windows PC run it?
Steam lists the following Windows requirements. Compare your system with the minimum for the stated baseline, or with the recommended configuration if you want to meet Steam’s higher listed target. There is an important distinction for older PCs: the listed Windows 7 minimum is the game’s stated requirement, while Steam separately says its client support for Windows 10 and later began January 1, 2024. Is it still in Early Access, and can you buy it?
Steam’s listing tags the game as Early Access. In its November 16, 2022 FAQ, the U.Ground Game Studio team said: “Early Access means that the game is still in development and we will keep updating contents and optimizing the gameplay till full release.” This is the developer’s launch-era statement; it does not establish the game’s current development status or update schedule. On December 30, 2022, the developer announced that the publisher had temporarily removed the purchase option after reports that some users could not play properly on older Windows versions. That historical announcement does not confirm whether the game can be purchased today. An indexed Steam listing is not proof that a purchase button is active in a particular country or region, so check the live Steam store page for your region before making plans to buy. What about macOS and controller support?
The Steam Support requirements text for macOS pairs an Apple processor with macOS 10.6 and gives inconsistent graphics details, so it is not a reliable basis for determining Mac compatibility. The developer’s November 2022 FAQ said macOS support was intended during Early Access, but that historic intention does not confirm current support.
