The UTC+8 dates are not necessarily the clock times shown in your region. Banner start and end times vary by selected server. How NTE banner pity carries over
Prydwen’s guide says the guaranteed limited S-Class counter carries between limited character banners. It describes Arc-banner pity as separate, and the permanent standard banner as having its own pool and pity.
