Connections asks you to sort 16 words into four groups of four based on a shared connection. Yahoo Tech’s guide for this puzzle gives these clues, from the more direct group to the trickiest:
- Yellow: What you might do when you really like someone.
- Green: How much money you have made.
- Blue: A dense material.
- Purple: Complete the phrase “roller ___”; these things need wheels.
The game labels its groups by color, from yellow (easiest) through purple (hardest). You have four guesses, and shuffling the board can help if a different layout makes connections easier to spot, according to the guide.
