How to solve Connections #282
Connections asks you to sort 16 words into four groups of four that share a theme. Some links are direct categories; others rely on a word’s alternate meaning or a familiar phrase. In this puzzle, the movie-summary words are the most straightforward place to begin. Once they are removed, look for both synonyms for pretense and words that can complete the same phrase.
Players select four words and submit them as a group. The archive guide describes a limit of four mistakes, so take a moment to check whether a word could fit more than one apparent category before submitting.
